Panera is very consistent through each location. Customers know what to expect, how to order, points can be used at any location and the taste is the same. Love the strawberry chicken poppyseed salad and cheddar broccoli soup. Yum.
The bacon chicken ranch sandwich sounded good but was awful. There was too much sauce and it made the sandwich runny. There wasn't much bacon and the sandwich was so salty I wound up throwing it away. The servers were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. It was too cold they need to lighten up on the a/c
The staff are friendly and there's always the regular crowd. Food is good, a little expensive but unfortunately you can't escape Capitalism.
