I haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in a few years. So, today I purchased two $2 personal pans. It was cool but I’m confused on the improvisation. I should’ve checked my food before heading home.

Ordered a small pepperoni lovers pizza and wings. I spent $30. Some of the slices did not have a pepperoni. I called & complained, the arrogant unprofessional person asked what did I want her to do about it. Not another dime of mine will be spent with them, a large all meat at Sam’s is $10.50.

Today I went to Pizza Hut, Fairview Heights. I would like to give a big thank you to the workers. Although it was overwhelming to prepare all those pizza’s for $2 Tuesday, they held it together. They were still very professional and pleasant. I give 5 stars to all the workers who stuck through it.

Order was wrong. Pepperoni lovers barely looks like a regular pepperoni pizza. I ordered a super supreme and got a regular supreme. The boneless wings are pathetically small. I can guarantee the one by my fork doesn’t even have any chicken in it and is all just a breading crumb. That is the actual size they gave me as one of my pieces. I did not cut it or bite it.

Spoke with Calvin after not receiving my drinks on my order due to a Door Dasher messing it up. He was amazing and offered me a credit on my account. I really appreciate how nice he was about the situation considering it wasn’t his fault.

If you're going to order from the app, call the store first and make sure they have drivers. Otherwise you get a RoorDasher and they will not go back to the store if they bring you the wrong thing. I ordered a Pepsi and normally the store would call and see what else I want if they're out. Dude just grabbed a Diet Dr Pepper and handed it to me, and shrugged it off when I said it wasn't what I wanted. The store was nice and gave me a credit for the soda but that doesn't address the overall lack of accountability on the dashers part

I ordered my pizza here and the server Calvin was amazing. He seemed to really care about giving excellent service, suggesting different sauces I should try with my cheesy bites pizza(my new favorite). I really hope he gets the promoting recognition that he deserves for his courteous service.

Ordered delivery at 5:10 pm with a quoted time of 5:55 delivery. 6:00 pm came around and the order tracker stated it was still in the oven. I contacted the Pizza Hut call center after the store wouldn’t answer, and they stated the pizza was being remade; I should wait for it to be delivered. At 6:30 it still stated in the oven so I called again and the store finally answered. I asked if I could get a refund and they stated a refund could be issued the next day but not the same day. If I can’t trust them to make and deliver a pizza, why would I trust that they would issue my refund the next day? I then asked if I could come pick up the pizza and get a refund of the delivery fee and the driver tip. They stated yes. I went to the store and when I arrived, the girl I talked to said my pizza was still in the oven. I asked to speak to the manager and he never came. I then asked another worker to check on my order and they finally brought it to me at 7:10 pm. I again asked about the refund and they said it would be the next day. It is the next day and still no refund. I received a cold pizza, cold cinnamon sticks, and I am considering ordering from another pizza company from here on out.

Since the original review above, the Area Manager and the Store Manager have both reached out in an attempt to make this right. They ended up providing me a full refund and requested that I give them another chance to provide good service. We will try again soon. Hope you all have a better experience than we did this time.

I had received a completely incorrect order from a new employee. But Cherry answered when I called about it and she made everything better, 10/10 customer service. That's the type of person you want in your store.

Just terrible, i ordered a pizza on the website under my account and redeemed my free pizza for free and never received a pizza. I called the store speaking with the manager and he stated that they didn’t receive anything under my number. I find the awkward news because we always order from
The location & he also stated said that I’m not in the system from any previous orders. I was charged for the pizza delivery and was not compensated for anything. The manager literally laughed as if things were funny.

I never received anything and he never refunded me my 4.99.

Terrible manager, he didn’t even try to resolve this issue.

I have had a wonderful experience here at Pizza Hut today. The worker there really took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed for my order; and the Best Part, "My Order Was Correct😁🥰"

They had everything perfect this go around the food was hot out of the oven and the crust was perfect the pizza was one of the best I've had in a while keep up the good work.
