Andrea recommended us a new menu item, the Lobster Lover's Dream, that was a dream to eat. Afterwards, she said my girlfriend and I were the first to try it at their restaurant because it had just been released that day. How casually and genuinely she explained the bundle would've not given me that impression; she straight up knew we'd like it. We appreciated her recommendations and attentiveness, and the food was of course phenomenal.

To begin with, Red Lobster is definitely a greatly improved experience in the time since the new CEO revamped and refocused the menu. This was evident in the variety of lobster- and crab-heavy offering (including a variety of seafood boils).
In addition to a very delicious meal, our server was friendly and attentive and truly cared about making this a good experience. We are semi-frequent diners at this location (we likely average about 8-10 experiences per year). Tonight's server (Andreea?) was by far the best we've had. Perfect attention to detail and genuinely welcoming. This was well worth our time and money; we will be back!

Omg 6:30 on a Friday night and they are seating people but telling them no one can use the bathroom because they aren’t working.
For my birthday I went here to celebrate i ordered the week day special which was Wednesday the steak was tough I couldn’t chew it the rice was cold so was the grill shrimp I didn’t complain are asked if they could recook it I didn’t want the stereotype about people with my skin tone i was planning on coming back but the food wasn’t too my liking
