This is the second time we visited this location and sadly sat at the bar on both occasions and had the same server both times. He is unpleasant and quite frankly seemed annoyed that we sat at the bar. The food was ok. By the time we got up to use the restroom and make our way out, we were told the restaurant was closing bc the bathrooms were backed up and overflowing...gross!!!! We scrambled to find a restroom after we left. Not my idea of a fun afternoon lunch!

Great gourmet burgers! Service was great. Great spot to get burgers and appetizers for the family. They have a good kids menu. Free balloons for kids too. Appetizers were good also. Been here a few times now.

This was the most disappointing red robin visit to date.
I don't even know who my server was...on person took my order, another brought frys, another brought my drink, another brought my food, and another asked if I needed anything else.
My frys didn't come out with the normal dipping sauces, my sandwich was small and pathetic looking. Definitely won't be returning to this location

We arrived as a family and were seated immediately, which initially seemed like a good start. The restaurant was not very busy. Unfortunately, the area we were seated in had a light that continuously blinked, creating a strobe-like effect that was extremely uncomfortable—especially since our daughter was not feeling well.

We asked to be moved and ended up changing tables twice because the light continued to be an issue. What stood out most was the explanation given by the staff member who moved us. Instead of a simple apology or proactively avoiding seating guests in that area, we were told, “Oh, it’s just management. We’ve had this problem for a while. It doesn’t matter how many electricians we bring in—we can’t get it fixed.”

That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Employees are the face of the company, and openly speaking negatively about management to guests—especially while acknowledging a known problem—does not create confidence in the restaurant. If this lighting issue is well known, guests should not be seated in that area at all, particularly when there are many other tables available where the problem wouldn’t impact the dining experience.

We ultimately asked for our food to go. The waitress who packaged our meals did a very good job, and the food was prepared and packed nicely. However, by that point, the experience had already been negatively affected. Regardless of how good the food or service might have been, the lighting issue—something that could have easily been avoided by thoughtful seating—was detrimental to our visit.

This situation had a simple solution, and unfortunately, it was not handled well.

Very good experience. It was a busy shopping day close to Christmas and they were packed. The servers were attentive, kept the fries coming, refills coming, asked how everything was tasting, etc. I shouldn't have gotten the cobb salad. But that's my own fault. Wish they'd take those tablet things away because they distract kids, but cost money to play on.

I've gone to this location on numerous occasions, and the food is always great. The staff have always been great. This isn't a review of an 'single visit'. It's consistently a good experience.

My wife and I both had the $6.95 burger and endless fries special for lunch. Not only were the burgers and fries some of the best we've had lately, but the service was too. This was our first time here since the remodel a few years ago, but it will not be our last. In our absense, the menu has expanded and the beer selection looks very interesting to say the least. We will return for sure. - Update for August 15th, 2025 visit: Stopped in for the new $9.99 Burger, endless fries, and drink Big Yumm special... Received outstanding service from Mazie. She was very attentive and personable, even though it was one of the restaurant's busiest times of day. Thank you!
