Always been a fan of Red Robin, great burgers, good drinks, unlimited steak fries. Tried the new Jalapeño Heatwave burger today and loved it. Had plans on getting the Bleu Ribbon until I saw that, absolutely worth trying. I have a ridiculous tolerance for spicy food, one of those idiots with a cabinet full of hot sauces and who eats Carolina Reapers and scorpion/ghost peppers whole, so this was mild to me but others loved how “hot” it was lol.

Friendly staff. Horrible food. Just gross overcooked overpriced burgers. Honestly paying 17 dollars for a burger you would expect a good thick juicy burger. Nope not here. I've had better burgers at burger king.

Let's start by saying it is black Friday so I assumed a wait was going to happen, that's fine, our party of 5 with two small kids, are signed in and texted an approximate wait of ten mins, but the lady at the podium said 20, totally fine it's only 2:25, we get our text at 2:28, we wait. At 2:54 as I'm about to say something sje looks me in the eye clicks a button and I got the text, now she has called out every other name but not ours. Two customers ahead of us got into it with her because she didn't put them down at all. Now I get the text and immediately go to the podium and she says "umm give me a few" looks around aimlessly and then precedes to tell me she had us down as a walk out. We literally sat in front of her 10 feet away the entire time so now we've waited 30 mins and the party of 6 that has waited 5 mins gets called after we are already at the podium. No you know we didn't leave you even looked me in the eye and sent me the text just to tell me I'm a walk out, and then proceed to seat a party of 6. No make them wait and seat us. Nope so after a few shitty comments of her doing her job and stop screwing everyone out of eating while she spent the whole time leaning around and doing nothing while the place was very busy. She could have helped anyone with literally anything. But she's like the rest of the part of this generation that are to lazy to work but that's the only options employers are given anymore. So we left and went to TGI Fridays, and had just as bad of an experience but at least we got to eat. I wrote a review for that as well.

I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!

I stopped by today for the free Veterans Day meal. The wait was not too long. I love that they text you when your table is ready. The staff is friendly and professional. Love all the different choices of food on the menu. The food tasted great. Love the atmosphere of this restaurant.

The food was pretty good as always. However, I asked for grilled onions. At first they put raw onions on my burger. Then the gave me some mushy overcooked and salty onion. What in the mishmushymash was that?
