People go there to get drunk and they do not play the machines and management allows it and doesn't do anything when they get drunk and start bothering customers playing the machines.

First visit ever went to the Ruby’s in Wood River walked up to the machine inserted $20 didn’t even spin machine froze - they had to call a tech to come and fix it. No petty cash to give you your money back you are just stuck - I had gone there to kill time waiting for my dogs to be groomed - I got the call they were ready so I went to pick up my dogs from the groomer around the corner and back, still waiting for the tech - it’s hot as heck outside but no pets inside even though it’s not posted - it’s blazing hot outside and I am waiting on THEM to refund my money - so we had to stand outside in the heat to wait to get refunded - never going back ever - clearly they don’t give a 💩 about their customers
Unless you have all day - don’t go - oh And extra money to stand around on

This Ruby Tuesday is permanently closed, per a sign on the door. The location is no longer shown on the Ruby Tuesday website, and the phone is disconnected. The quality of staffing and management has dramatically declined, while the food had remained quite good. I always had enjoyed the salad bar and recently had enjoyed the unlimited soups. However, because of the personnel issues, I am not surprised. Customers were ignored and promotional discounts often did not show up the first draft of the bill.
There salad bar is a meal in itself. If you are a salad eater, this is the place to go. If we eat there, we fill up on salad and take our meal home. The ribs are yummy and the steaks are good. We love baked potatoes and they are baked to perfection. They always have buy one meal and get one free. Sometimes it's dine in and sometimes it's take out. All you have to do is sign up for it. Anyone can, even if you are traveling. Also it is convienently located. Right off the interstate. Salad is all you can eat.

Stopped here for lunch, daughter and I both got the unlimited soup/salad bar. The salad bar has 4 choices of greens (iceberg, romaine. spinach & spring mix), lots of topings to put on your salad and a really good selection of dressings. Today I got the tomato soup and it was good. Their pink lemonade is refreshing.

Hostess was polite and friendly. Very nice to our 12 and 3 yr old kids. Waitress was prompt, polite and friendly and offered excellent dinner suggestions. Dinner was served fresh and hot and beverage re-fills were provided often.
