I decided to get ice cream on a Sunday night with my niece. Sheridans has always been a family favorite. However, this visit was different; customer service was mehh and the wait time was really long. My total was $9.47, I gave the young lady my card and she immediately dropped the F word after processing my transaction. She told me to hold on and closed the window. Long story short I was charged $54.97!! They claimed they refunded my card, which I have yet to see the refund and they still went back to charge me the $9.47! The entire interaction was unprofessional. I get mistakes happen but own up to them and ensure the customer is getting the best service!!

As was previously mentioned, they were out of chocolate when we arrived, though we were pretty late (15min before closing). Very cute ice cream shop with outdoor seating and a drive through (no indoor seating). The custard wasn’t exceptional but it eased my sweet tooth and I enjoyed it!
