Loved the service

Excellent variety of sundaes, shakes, etc and the custard is so good! Scoops are pretty big- I got one scoop of the chocolate in a waffle cone and it was plenty. Not terribly pricey but not cheap either. Will definitely go here again next time I’m in town :)

Delicious custard!

I got the royal turtle and it was just ok. Only 1 employee on a Friday around 4 which they were super busy so we had to wait awhile to get our ice cream.

A small is the perfect size for that sweet tooth

Last time I got a banana split from there it was bountiful. This most recent visit, it was rather skimpy. Guess tariffs have affected ice-cream l.

Absolutely amazing, so creamy and velvety… the best custard I have had in years. Definitely will be coming back again very soon

I was very disappointed. I ordered the strawberry shortcake. The “shortcake” was doughy tasteless and took up most of the cup. They put the round cookie shaped shorthcake at an angle so half the cup was empty, no more than half a cup of ice cream and a couple strawberries lots of whipped cream, though . I won’t be back

adults are needed. we shouldn't be able to drink the royal turtle. I'm not sure what the kids are doing in there this evening. I should have gone to the competition. gonna be a while before I go back there

I decided to get ice cream on a Sunday night with my niece. Sheridans has always been a family favorite. However, this visit was different; customer service was mehh and the wait time was really long. My total was $9.47, I gave the young lady my card and she immediately dropped the F word after processing my transaction. She told me to hold on and closed the window. Long story short I was charged $54.97!! They claimed they refunded my card, which I have yet to see the refund and they still went back to charge me the $9.47! The entire interaction was unprofessional. I get mistakes happen but own up to them and ensure the customer is getting the best service!!
