I’m very disappointed in the place. I explained what I wanted in detail and they just make it the way they want. I asked for a vanilla cream with Oreos and waffle cone pieces mixed well. What do I get little to none Oreos and waffle cone pieces. I was better off getting just vanilla ice with no mix ins. I’ve had better products at Dunkin. I will not be returning. It’s bad enough you have to wait a long time for your ice cream but it’s another thing to have your order not be correct. I’ve given this place several chance and can’t do it anymore.

I like the ice cream but they frequently run out of chocolate ice cream very early and as a business that’s pretty freaking annoying. It’s been as early as 5-6pm and they don’t close until 10pm. How do u run out of chocolate that quickly MULTIPLE TIMES? I get busy days but this happens pretty often. And as someone who doesn’t like really anything besides chocolate that tends to be to be really irritating. But otherwise I don’t have much problem with them.

Atmosphere is unrated due to being a tiny building and some parking spaces and tables (it's more of a drive-thru establishment than anything else). They don't have an expansive selection of flavors, but what they do have is good, and not expensive. I'm partial to the grasshopper concrete.

Custard was EXEPTIONAL but it took 30 mins of waiting, which meant I didn’t have the time to enjoy it with my friends. There was only one person working, so it makes sense why it took so long, but they should really fix that so that people can enjoy their superb custard without the wait.
Love all the options they have and definitely enjoy a sweet treat in the winter . They're fast and friendly and never had issues with my order .
