Check your receipts!! Went here in the beginning of December with a big group. Took over 1.5 hours to get food. Was charged the tip with our food, which is fine because we had a big group. They also charge 3 or 4 percent for credit card use which again is fine. But when we got our bank statement. It didn't match. We were charged an additional 4 percent for some reason. There ended up being a majority us us over charged. Those that didn't paid cash. We wont be back.
We had a very good meal tonight. We did have a problem with our steaks coming out cold in the middle but our waitress took care of it promptly. Kim the manager is excellent! She apologized and said the grills were turned up too high so the steaks cooked on the outside but the inside was cold. Kim always stops by our table every time we come. I wish all managers could be like her! This is one of our favorite places to dine.
Our first trip here, and we literally almost walked out. We met our best friends there for an Xmas dinner, and were approached by a waiter after we sat, and the waitress seemed confused, we think she was suppose to be our server. The young man did not know how to speak up, we couldn't hear him, and he blamed it on the mask...she seemed very timid, and new to the industry. We placed our order for drinks, and had to ask him to get the drinks while we continue to look at the menu. He came back with drinks, we ordered our starters, and then had to ask him to put the ticket in for those, while we decided on our entrees. It was extremely awkward, and we had to continue to prompt him, at what he should know. I get new, and everyone has to start somewhere, been there. The starters were finally brought out, and we had to ask for flatware, plates. He disappears for 10 minutes, and comes back with just flatware, and napkins, no plates. We had a charcuterie board, and the chicken bites. I had to laugh, because I just had a feeling we weren't going to get something, and the young man looked at us, and walked away.......never to return. He just walked away from our table, said nothing, waiting on all the other tables. When he walked passed he didn't even make eye contact with any of us. We then asked to speak with a manager, as this went on for 15 minutes. We had not placed our order, and were frustrated. The men were to the point we ere going to just get the check for the starters, and drinks we had and leave, but the manager stated she would just serve us......she did not have to, and we did appreciate that she did. She apologized for the inconvenience, and stated that it is hard to find help, and some had quit recently, etc. Regardless, the customer should never notice the issues. She made the comment that the starters we wouldn't be charged for, but guess what, we were. We were excited to see the meat was from Schubert's, but the cooks need a little more training. You can't blame it on being busy, as they weren't. The steaks were over cooked, and only one was offered to be replaced. Honestly, if we wouldn't have had good company, the evening would have been a bust. We will not be returning, and will not recommend this restaurant. Extremely disappointed, mostly with the service, and the food was underwhelming. I guess we just expected to much.
Despite it was low staff today, I must say the waitress did her very best and I have no complaints. I cant recall her name but she was the only waitress. Very attentive and apologetic. This was my friends and I first time at this restaurant. In fact, we picked this restaurant to do our Christmas gift exchange that we do each year. We had to wait a lil longer on the food but the pass time we enjoyed sharing our gifts. We all understand the hardships the pandemic has called for many businesses. At the end of the day, our food was good and the drinks were too ???.
My husband surprised me with a birthday celebrations. The manager Kim help him made the experience a great one our server was very friendly and accommodating to my guest. We live in St. Louis and it was worth the drive. This won't be the last visit
If your looking for a great venue to have your holiday party or any event give Kimberly a call. We had our holiday party tonight and the Signature Tap House A team (as pictured) took excellent care of us. They were friendly, hardworking, and catered to our needs. Kimberly handled all the details for our group which resulted in a great event! In addition to their hard work they have great appetizers and great food. Call and book now, you won't be disappointed.
Don't pull off the interstate for this, keep going. Would have rather waited and eaten at the Love's truck stop down the road. Pizza was soaking wet and soggy. Picture looks better than it tasted. Chicken wrap was nothing to brag about. Very little buffalo sauce and very little flavor. Iceberg lettuce in a tortilla shell, yum.
It was great. I haven't been in almost 2 years. I truly had forgotten how good the food was and nicely priced. Try the loaded fries. WTHeck???
This restaurant had good food (steak) and is reasonably priced. I personally desire and wish this place succeeds. Our waitress was walking around hectic and messed up the order two times. The bartender however was very good! The manager told us employees are hard to find now and as such, the business is suffering. I will support this place as I understand these struggles. If staff issues can be resolved... this will be a winning establishment.
Caleb was our server. He informed us on this competition going on between the servers to get the most good reviews and i wasn’t going to write one until how professional i saw him be. he was kind and greeting us well. i can tell that he was the most professional and efficient server out of the other ones by the way he presented himself and how well he took care of us. Me and my wife got lucky to have him as our server because the others servers seemed to not have served before by how unprofessional they talked and looked. the food was great and thanks to Caleb, we knew exactly what to get.

The hot wings were cooked perfect and they were hot; but didn't make your lips burn. On Mondays they have $5 flat bread, I had the pepperoni; but you can get veggie, cheese or sausage. It was good. My husband had the beer hamburger and he said it tasted great. They also have pasta dishes and salads.
First time here. Arrived about 5 p.m. on a Friday evening. No wait! Our server was Will. Will did an excellent job explaining the meals and was very friendly. Service was quick. I ordered the fettucine Thai chicken the portion was huge! I would recommend this it did have a little kick. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Again a large portion and very good. Our daughter in law recommend this place to us. She recently had a steak and was very pleased. Yep five stars. We will return the menu had several dishes I want to try
Food was okay. My ravioli tasted a bit different than usual but my server, Caleb, offered to get it remade or exchanged but we said it was fine. He felt bad so he kept asking if there was anything else he could get us. He was so sweet. Overall, this was a pretty good place for a friday night.
Went in for lunch. There was only one waitress and she was hustling. She did a nice job .We ordered a pretzel . Looks great and it's huge . Comes out hanging. Interesting sauces with it .I ordered a the beer cheeseburger. Slightly overcooked for how I ordered it but tasted ok.
Not worth the high prices for low quality food. The fish was spongy and the bacon was burnt on the cheese fries. The turkey BLT was just lunch meat with two thin strips of bacon. Overall service was good, waitress was accommodating. Not worth the $$ for the food.
