We had a very good meal tonight. We did have a problem with our steaks coming out cold in the middle but our waitress took care of it promptly. Kim the manager is excellent! She apologized and said the grills were turned up too high so the steaks cooked on the outside but the inside was cold. Kim always stops by our table every time we come. I wish all managers could be like her! This is one of our favorite places to dine.
Despite it was low staff today, I must say the waitress did her very best and I have no complaints. I cant recall her name but she was the only waitress. Very attentive and apologetic. This was my friends and I first time at this restaurant. In fact, we picked this restaurant to do our Christmas gift exchange that we do each year. My husband surprised me with a birthday celebrations. The manager Kim help him made the experience a great one our server was very friendly and accommodating to my guest. We live in St. Louis and it was worth the drive. This won't be the last visit
