Be prepared to wait 30 mins for these slow workers to make a damn smoothie, istg they be getting high on the job

I love Smoothie King & the one in Fairview Heights is the best one in this area. Tonight I go in just before closing & the 2 ladies in there got right down to business getting me right but the lady made my bowel without gloves on😡!! The lady at the cash register was so nice that by the time I noticed it was too late 😬 I mentioned it tho..to please always wear gloves when you see me!!

This Smoothie King has the NICEST staff. They write sweet little messages on your cups. Even though it's a small gesture, it made a HUGE difference for us and definitely made our day. As all Smoothie Kings do, they have a million options and good quality products. This location is different because they are patient, kind and seem glad to make a drink for you.

I just have to say I love this location because they’re always so sweet! I appreciate the little messages they leave on every cup. Not sure if they got new staff but the two workers were not friendly whatsoever. Was just handed the smoothies and they closed the window. I then had to ask for a receipt to which the worker said, "didn't I give you one?" I said no, so then she came back and handed me a receipt and closed the window. It was the wrong receipt, and another lady came to the window and I said, this is the wrong receipt. She just said we can't find it sorry. It's not so much about the receipt as I felt the customer service was poor frontier worked I've received there.

Fairview is my favorite store! Top tier service. Most of the staff knows my recipe and that speaks volumes on The customer service! Lauren is a awesome leader and her staff is definitely a reflection.

I want to give a shout-out to a remarkable young lady whose name starts with T. It’s quite ironic because she remembered my offer down to the T! Her attention to detail was impressive. I also want to commend the entire staff for their excellent service. While it can sometimes be a bit slow, the quality of service is consistently great.

They are unbelievably slow. Like not even worth waiting for because it’s a minimum 20 minute wait for 1 thing. Once you finally get your order, it’s already half way melted. If you try to save yourself time and pre order online, no matter how long you give them, you will still wait another 20 minutes on top of that before it’s ready to be picked up. The only way to describe this location is SLOW.

Went yesterday and my smoothie bowl wasn’t even halfway full wasted 11 something bucks I was very disappointed ? With you yesterday 6/8/24 Smoothie king because I patronize you all a lot Please just give the customers their money worth By filling up the bowls thank you

Really good smoothies. Takes a while to make them though. Don't go at night through the drive-thru. There is only 1 high-watted light in that dark alley, but it blinks like a disco and makes me sick to my stomach. After waiting in line for 7-8 minutes, I had to leave without my smoothie or I might have thrown up
