First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...

It was such a nice way to start our morning off! All the staff were friendly, professional, and on the ball!
What was so Impressive is that our Drink spilled all over the dashboard, seat, & Floor of the car. Samantha, the employee, grabbed towels and while we’re cleaning up the mess, she brought out a freshly made drink!
Samantha is definitely an asset to the Starbucks Company. I extend my “Thank You!” to all the staff and thank you for going Above & Beyond!

Lucas at this Starbucks is so so sweet and informative! He was the only one up there and had 3 people including myself and he was so quick but so informative helping people decide what they want and he was just really great! He does a great job

This Starbucks is brand new so I want to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, the wait times are so so long. I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and the person at the window did not say, “sorry for the wait” or anything to acknowledge the wait time. Also, the drink received was wrong:(. Today, I ordered inside and waited about 15 minutes and the time I ordered was not busy. So, I’ll keep coming because I know it can be hard as a new store but hopefully, they can speed up their times.

Horrible service waited for my drink while employe was making a drink for her friend and had me waiting over 10 mins for a vanilla bean on 06/08/24
Cold brew sometimes does not work, never gets order right (why can’t they figure out my topping to drinks or the correct syrup to add to it when it is their drink combo?), they take a while too long to make the drinks, sometimes my hot drink is just barely room temperature and at other times it is so hot I can’t drink for 30 mins! Is this an equipment issue or employee? Not sure. There is no consistency. I now go to the location at Barnes & Noble because they always can make my order & right. I get simple starbucks hot white chocolate mocha or cocoa, so it’s not like this location had some complicated things to make. The food here tastes less than fresh as well. They breaded pastries are bland and consistency not great. Odd because down the street at barnes & noble they taste better and fresher. Not sure why.

"Matchta Green Tea" anything is absolute garbage. Wasted 5$ on a blend of moss and warm milk that left a foul aftertaste.

Don’t let the grumpy reviews scare you off. Yes the only Starbucks in Belleville is in a Target and it’s almost always packed. Other customers often moody but the employees are very kind and go above an beyond.I really like seeing Lisa and Louis on my regular basis routine. Idk who was working today but she was rather sweet too:)Everyone needs a reward in my opinion?❤️
Vegetarian options: Veggie egg bites , croissant , spinach wrap and more
