My lettuce isn’t even fresh He gave me an attitude He didn’t even let me use my coupon. It literally said get a foot-long meal for 9.99 So I ended up spending $20 on food I’m not very happy at all, and he was trying to tell me that the Five meat Italian isn’t included with the Coupon when it literally says on the bottom of the coupon that the five meat Italian is included With the coupon Like learn how to do your job Like how stupid can you be I will definitely not be coming back to this Subway.

This Subway, along with others in the area, do not accept BOGO coupons anymore, and limit which sandwiches they include for the other Sunday coupons. Sandwich taste was so-so, and the worker couldn't/wouldn't answer questions about the coupon policy in place. I'll look at other sandwich shops before returning here again.

If I could put ZERO I would. Ordered online ahead of time. Get there there’s no order and I present my email and bank statement that shows I paid. The girl there wanted to make my sandwich but the guy wouldn’t allow her to. He called his manager on the phone to try and tell me they can’t make my sandwiches. I used to always come here. Bet I won’t anymore.

I ask for a steak and chicken protein bowl. The lady said she doubled the steak instead of adding chicken with it so I didn't get mines. My daughter ordered a Philly steak sub which was nasty because they had more jalapeños than meat.

Where do I start the two young men working this morning would not give me my order I was there to pick up for door dash . they asked me what I was there for showed them and they walked away and never gave me the order. I asked again and nothing so I got mad and walked out wasted my gas and time people suck their.

Went to this location today. The guy behind the register had no customer service skills. I told him I was ready to order, yet he proceeded to disregard me and continue to load bread into the oven. After 5 minutes, I just left. I will take my business elsewhere.

Order two foot-long subways on 2/24/2025 online went in to get them sandwiches was made poorly one sandwich barely had meat on it onions and peppers. All the other commodities was left off the second sub sandwich they look like they pulled a whole bottle of mayonnaise on the sandwich took the sandwiches back up there. Talk to the manager that was on duty. He called the owner. Owner had a very nasty attitude told me to do whatever I needed to do. She ain’t never had a bad Google View And I couldn’t get a refund. Didn’t want to remake them at the sandwiches until I put up with us. Is we’re still made poorly pictures or on the Google site

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! I used to be a regular customer but since these owners from India took over, it’s a total ripoff. As other reviewers noted, they intentionally skimp on the meat portion of the sandwich so there’s a ton of bread and hardly any meat. They also took our coupon, pretended to accept it, and then laid it back on the counter while charging us FULL PRICE without so much as a word! These people are crooks & thieves, and are taking customers’ hard earned money but not giving them a fair portion! I’m going to report them to Subway corporate bc they should adhere to portion guidelines, coupon policies, etc, and they are NOT. I will never return to this crooked establishment!
