Bad service I came inside because drive through was packed for my mobile order let them know waited 15 minutes and 2 people that ordered at the kiosk got their orders before me and I asked again not sure what happened waited another 5 mins for my order and had to go back in for forgotten items again.

This Taco Bell is the worst with service. Let me explain pictures will be included. You have to wait in line for an hour in order to order food. The best part is when you get to the speaker they then tell you to wait again for 15mins in order to order food. Once you order you can’t move forward because the camera is watching and the timer will begin in the inside for the cooks. Which means the staff either has to move fast and work efficiently to move the cars along or they halt the timer by having you stay back. In addition when it’s your turn to move forward you pay and the window slams shut you barley are given condiments for your food. I think this horrible customer services and restaurant practices.

Always slow 25 min wait at a fast food chain is ridiculous. This is due to being under employed. If you drive past from any hr from 3 pm to 3 am they have a line in drive through wrapped around the building. I know they can afford employees.

The absolute BEST Taco Bell around - I skip 3 closer to me for the service and food at the Fairview Heights location. Always friendly, accurate, hot, fresh and the food actually looks like the advertised products - Excellent job team! 🌮🔔🌯

The cashier was rude towards us as we ordered on the kiosk and had gone up to the counter to finish pay; we were splitting payments and she was rude when we told her we had card and cash..never did she tell us that they didn’t accept two split payments on cards and we had to wait for her to finally tell us after 15 mins of trying to find out that they don’t accept two card payments. The wait for food was also incredibly long..we’ve had other issues before but we aren’t coming back due to lack of communication and other factors.
The food is decent. But lately to avoid longer waiting times, they have been asking you to wait at the sign until called.

Why are they forcing us to wait in the drive-through for 20 or 30 Minutes? Just so they can improve their wait times? To me that is terrible customer service. Never had a problem with the food other than not getting all of my food sometimes but out of the 40 times that I have been to this location I have had to wait in the drive-through line for at a minimum of 20 minutes.

I had the late night munchies and unfortunately, this was the only place that was open. Boy, did I regret it! It's been decades since I've been to a taco bell. The only good thing was, it brought back a lot of fond memories of the 90s. If only I could turn back the hands of time.
