I’ve used this Taco Bell my whole life and it’s your average shitty service that you’d expect late at night.
HOWEVER, tonight takes the cake by a million! 11:58pm my mobile order is placed and paid for. I’m in the drive through line by 12:00 with 5 cars in front of me. Over my next 55 minute drive to the speaker the line behind me wraps around the parking lot and across the street into PetCo’s lot. After getting to the speaker the person on the other end seems to hear any other name than the one I’m telling them for my order. Once we finally get the name straight they claim they don’t have that order. I ask if it could be because it was placed almost an hour ago and I’m rudely told to pull up to the window. At the window, I’m handed my drink and food with no greeting or even a word from the employee. Horrible service
And I thought that was it! Nope, they couldn’t get my simple order right. Let alone even give me a straw or napkins.
My order: 3 3cheese chicken chipotle melts, hold the sauce, large Pepsi.
I Received: 3 3cheese chicken chipotle melts, EXTRA SAUCE, large Pepsi not even full and NO FREAKING STRAW.
Forgot to mention they locked all the doors so no one could even question what was happening with DoorDash or mobile orders. BUT I expected that to be the case as it normally is at this location.
Needless to say I expected not great service late at night but holy crap this was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be using this location again…

if i order a box of some sorts. yall should have boxes for the box meal so i dont have to go scrounging through a bag with 7-8+ items to find what goes in my box

Don't worry about going inside to order. Outside of making your own order since no one can work a counter, the place is littered wity homeless people or people who don't wanna work. 4 of them sleeping inside asking me to buy them food while I'm trying to order.

It was packed. It took like 15 mins to get my order because it was so busy. But I got my food and was good
