This place is amazing and has the highest quality products. Anyone who complains about speed of service either doesn’t understand quality or has only ever had places that use powder mixes instead of real tea. Given the size of the town we’re fortunate to have this place. It’s my only go to.

Visited with my son and purchased four different drinks. Overall, it was a decent experience and 3/4 were pretty good! We personally weren’t fans of one of them, but I’m sure it’s great for someone else. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was not being greeted when we walked in in any way, as the only patrons in the store. Those first impressions do make a difference. The menu was a bit “busy” but they did take the time to write out what each and every drink includes, so that’s nice. It was also quite dimly lit in there, though that’s their choice to make. I just prefer a well lit place. The atmosphere was overall calm, and it was very clean. We may come back to try something else, soon. Thanks for the drinks!

Clean and cozy, and staff is super friendly.

I normally enjoy this location, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. I’m currently pregnant and asked if I could substitute the tea in my drink for a non-caffeinated option. The female employee I spoke with was not cooperative and didn’t make any effort to help or offer alternatives. She repeatedly told me that nothing could be substituted and that I would have to order the drink exactly as listed.

I understand that there are policies, but the way this was communicated felt dismissive and unhelpful. As a customer with dietary restrictions, I didn’t feel supported, and this experience solidifies the fact that we will no longer be supporting this business.

Use to go to another boba shop but after this visit we're only going here. Got roasted brown sugar and my daughter got the pumpkin 🎃 there so yummy . Boba balls more fresh here. Super nice clean friendly environment and I actually got no ice like we asked for. Price is worth it and the lady here today was super sweet. Love this place ❤️

The drink is horrible and the owner attitude is worst. No refunds or exchanges so if they make a drink that you can’t drink they do nothing. $10 for a taste I can’t explain. Don’t waste your money or time.

We waited for over 45 minutes for our four drinks, despite the store being empty. I ordered Jasmine tea boba, but it contained excessive ice and lacked tea flavor. We visited the store specifically for boba, yet none of our drinks included boba. I inquired with the store clerk, who informed me that an additional fee was required. Although this was acceptable, she failed to mention it initially.

Fresh tea and real fruit!!

Love this place. The tea is real not powders and the owner takes care of her customers. Be warned most workers are not fluent in english.

My whole experience here was superb! The atmosphere is very serene and tasteful, the staff were very friendly, quick and helpful, and the tea was delicious.
