Haven't been here in 8 years. But now I see there’s a reason. Little girls at the drive through treated us like we were dumb when they messed up our order. Manager came in and asked to see our bags since we were “missing everything” and came back to ask if there were any more bags we were holding onto. Why would we lie? I was missing the fries, ranch, nuggets and burger… and my baked potato wasn’t cooked all the way- it was stiff and hard. I broke my plastic knife. Yes they eventually got my stuff right but as someone who worked in a fast food drive through- this is by far the worst experience I’ve had and it was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Don’t waste time going to this particular location because they do not treat their customers right even when we weren’t being rude or had any attitude.

I got what I ordered and it tasted good so nothing more to say.
Customer service is Terrible!!! The employees show that they don't want to be working there. This was my 1st time ordering a Baconator and the is the picture of what it's supposed to look like & this is what I got. Then they gave me an old watered down ice tea.... So DISAPPOINTED

This place is good when you want something fast. I don't eat here often because fast food should be an occasional thing, but of the ones in town it's one of my top go to.

My husband and I ordered the Bacon-nator...what a joke!!! There was one slice of bacon cut in half on the top layer and another sliver of bacon on the bottom (double cheese burger) Not what you see on TV. What a surprise. Didn't take photo...needless to say won't be going back. Order at your own risk!!!
