It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.

Horrible customer service. The evening manager should be terminated immediately. My Wife had the worst experience with this restaurant last night 10/24/2024. The food was old so she asked for her money back and the manager as well as one of the crew members cussed her out so bad that she had to dial. 911. Please be aware of this restaurant. I'm surprised it's still open with the staff that they have working the evening shift. Horrible leadership by management.

Pretty good food, never really had any major issues with it, though I usually prefer to get it delivered. This locations parking lot is a bit awkward to get out of. I've never had any issues with the attitude of the staff, they're usually very pleasant or at least not unpleasant.

40 minute wait on lunch. Door dash took priority over walk in. 30 completed orders later, I got the food, dumped it in the trash, and left because my lunch hour was nearly over.

Constantly have issues with getting the wrong stuff in the bag, ie ordering saucey nuggs and getting normal 10 piece nuggs instead and having items missing. I finally give a call after several times of not calling and just sucking it up only to be told I have to take it up with doordash even though I ordered through the Wendy's app and doordash did deliver but it was the restaurant that got it wrong. This makes no sense since doordash was only the middle man and it was the staff that made the order wrong
