Customer service is Terrible!!! The employees show that they don't want to be working there. This was my 1st time ordering a Baconator and the is the picture of what it's supposed to look like & this is what I got. Then they gave me an old watered down ice tea.... So DISAPPOINTED

My husband and I ordered the Bacon-nator...what a joke!!! There was one slice of bacon cut in half on the top layer and another sliver of bacon on the bottom (double cheese burger) Not what you see on TV. What a surprise. Didn't take photo...needless to say won't be going back. Order at your own risk!!!
The food is great for fast food burgers. My experiences via drive thru with the employees have been either no talking or not very friendly.

I'm sitting here in the parking lot looking at some employees that are just sitting on there ass. Not even 12 yet and there is a semi blocking the drive thru. So why does the store hours say close at 12 a.m. closed at more than quarter til. That's crazy, wish I could sit on my ass and get paid for it.

Only went to get frosty last night but they were delicious. Service was defiently a bit slow overall. They had both the chocolate and salted Carmel frosty so it was a win overall.
