Pouring raining, Waited at the speaker for 9 mins before I asked if they were ready because they told us to look at the menu and would be with us shortly. Waited 28 mins for our food! You lady at the window wasn't having a good evening, super rude! Out of sauces we asked for. Was annoyed when we asked for other sauces. Positive side, food was nice and hot. We are traveling and have never been before. I definitely hope the next one we stop at is way better if we come across one. Sliders & onion rings were great! Kiddos loved the chicken rings.

The young lady behind the counter was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Food was ok but the service was terrible. Do better with your hiring practices please!

Ordered 4 burgers yesterday around 4pm. I requested ketchup and mustard. In the bag was 2 mustard packages and 3 catchup packaged. I asked the strange gentleman for more he told me they don't have that much, and one package is enough for 2 burgers, he insisted I did not need more. I had to ask for another employee to get additional packets

Yeah I went to White Castle to purchase some food but the employees closed the doors early it’s only 8:20 pm so yeah I’m never going to waste my time or money here ever again Wendy’s starting to sound nice though

Tried to eat here yesterday. After several minutes of seeing people standing around doing nothing while no one would take an order we left. They were not busy. We were inside with one man behind us in line. Drive was 2 cars. We won't waist our time trying again.

The service was great. The food was freshly made. However two out of three of my double cheeseburgers were too salty.
