Service is extremely slow!! Took almost 25 mins to get 20 burgers and some fries. When we got into the drive thru there was one vehicle ahead of us. When we left a minimum of 4 cars were behind us, on the side just waiting for food. Could see several people inside just standing there doing nothing. We live in Fairview Heights less than one mile from this location. I will be driving 15 minutes to Belleville or Shiloh to get sliders from now on. I see many complaints about this same problem but doesn't seem like the owner is trying to fix the issue.
