EXCELLENT FOOD! Great service
I went to Buona in Flossmoor this morning to get lunch for my husband who works from home and is on a tight schedule. I was the only Customer in line. I ordered two reg beef and one large fry. When I got to the window no one was there then a lady appeared and got on the phone. I could tell by her body language that she was speaking with someone that had a problem. I will never order from Buona again. Over the last few years I have order the small tray of Lemon Chicken that serves 10 people. This year I ordered it and received 14 half sliced chicken pieces. They literally took seven pieces and sliced them in half. Every year previously I received 10 whole pieces. For $42 I felt completely ripped off. NEVER AGAIN!!! Frankfort,
