“Was recommended this restaurant from a friend. The maple tree and did not disappoint. Made a reservation online easy. Their menu is awesome, simple and delicious. Crab cake was perfect! Our dinner was fantastic. We had trout and shrimp. They have the best banana pudding over crème brûlée. The coffee for an end cap was out of this world good!“

“I had brunch here today with a friend, first time here. I had the corned beef benedict and not only was it the best corned beef I've ever had in my life, but the orange juice was amazing, the service was great, and the value was fabulous also! Will definitely be back and plan to possibly go once a week with friends! 10 out of 10 recommend!“

“I was born and raised in Chicago. Thin crust tavern style pizza is my go to! I moved to Indiana and miss good Chicago pizza. I had Bartolini s shipped via Goldbelly last week. I am BLOWN AWAY!!! “I've been coming to Rosati’s Pizza in Matteson for over 6 years now, and they’ve never disappointed. The food is consistently delicious — from the perfectly crispy thick crust pizzas to the hearty pastas and sandwiches, everything is always fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the quality has remained solid over the years. Whether I’m picking up or getting delivery, I can always count on Rosati’s to hit the spot. Definitely one of my go-to places in the area!“

“This place is huge. You have a different section of bars for everybody country. Heavy metal mixes, they have upstairs. I guess you could go up there. And eat, they got party room.
When I went there, I saw a tribute Band morgan wallen and these guys were really good. Where are you placed to go?Even the hot sports and have a few drinks.I totally recommend this place“

“I come from an Italian family so love the food, but put Gatto’s up there as one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to!!! I had the chicken Milano and my partner had the carbonara and both were fabulous!! Great job on the meal, our waiter was amazing, he remembered all our drinks which were also delicious, and the whole night was a great one! Wish we didn’t live so far away or we would partake in your restaurant weekly!!!“

“I went here Sunday for lunch. The food and service was excellent. I had the steak and chorizo taco with rice and beans. Both tacos were filled with meat. Super good and filling. I highly recommend the apple pie. I got the dessert to go and it did not disappoint. It was the best apple pie I have ever had.“

“If you want a GREAT burger Happy Bites is the place to go. They have a variety of flavors and options for a truly unique burger. Always cooked to perfection and full of flavor. You don't need to go to BWW for great wings. They have bone-in and boneless options, and amazing sauces. Their delivery service is great. Food arrives hot and fresh and fast!“

“I really wanted to love this place because I truly appreciate supporting a family owned business, and the atmosphere had that welcoming, hometown feel. The service was friendly, and you can tell this restaurant means a lot to the people who run it. Unfortunately, the food did not match the experience. Parts of the meal were overcooked and burnt (steak and pork chops), while other items (like the pancakes) were a tad undercooked. It seemed more like an issue with kitchen execution than the quality of ingredients.
I would absolutely come back if the cooking consistency improved, because this business has great potential and the kind of charm you want to support. Hoping they can make some adjustments in the kitchen this could easily be a local favorite with the right chef.“

“I grew up in Tinley Park and the Olympic Star has been a staple in our city forever. I'm now out of state but every time we're back in the Chicago area we go to the Star. Everything is phenomenal in this restaurant and the Chicken Soup is to die for, it's so good we went home with 3 qts of it to take it home out-of-state“

“We love the potato pancakes, we’ve been coming here for years, open early. This place is on our “To Visit” restaurants as we have relocated to Orlando Florida, but we visit often and we always make a Chef Klaus visit. We highly recommend the potato pancakes & the eggs Benedict! Enjoy“

“This reminds me of the old supper clubs serving the little appetiser trays with the bread. This is one of the best places for a steak dinner I have ever been to! Great steaks, terrific and attentive wait staff and the best and friendliest bartender I have ever experienced. I rated it 5 stars but this place is off the scales! The char of the steaks is only something I could dream of doing at home. If you are not a meat eater, you can graze in the forest preserve down the street. Outstanding every time I go there!“

“My partner and I enjoyed a delightful weekday evening dinner, and the experience was extraordinary from the moment we sat down. The flavors and aromas were so inviting, they hit us even before the main dish arrived. We started with Mazza, which featured the creamiest hummus and a smoky, perfectly roasted eggplant baba ghannooj. The falafels were the highlight—simply the best I've ever had, like the perfect cherry on top of a sundae. As for the Mansaf, it was nothing short of exceptional. The rich yogurt sauce, tender lamb, crunchy almonds, and flawlessly cooked rice made for a dish that was out of this world. It was so good, I couldn't resist having the leftovers for breakfast the next day. The service was top-notch, and even though we live over two hours away, we’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“If ever there was a place which resonates the Billy Joel song “Scenes from an Italian restaurant “ This place is IT! Visited for the first time on 2/14/26. The aroma as we entered was so inviting. Met the owners/ daughter and mom. So very sweet and funny too. Our server was Candy. She was working very hard on a busy Valentine’s Day. I had the lasagna and I can honestly say it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had in my life! The ricotta filling was so whipped and light. It was just delightful and so delicious. The bomba ice cream was scrumptious! Cannot wait to return to this gem of a restaurant!! 🇮🇹“

“This place is sooooo good. They're very accommodating to exactly how you want your food to be made. I get the Philly Cheesesteak dipped like an Italian Beef and it is sooo good! They're great and so nice anddd they stay open until 12am, super convenient. Worth it!“
