Our bull was 89.00. Also we were not given an actual bill we were just told our bill was 89.00. I didn't appreciate that and have never experienced that before.“

Absolutely awesome place. Service was greatest I’ve had in probably years (Shawn? Sean?). The GM came and talked to me - really great guy. This monstrosity of a venue is a very tight run ship. Every area of this place was clean and everybody was wonderful. That explains why there were so many people in the middle of the week.

I would challenge anybody who came here and didn’t have a wonderful time to talk to Management. This place is so on point. I’m pretty sure that if you don’t like it, it’s not the place, it’s you.“

The staff seemed like they cared about you buying the right or the best value, Last night we were ripped off. David was our server. Telling how great the specials were with out telling us the price. My wife wanted seafood not steak. So we ordered her the seafood crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Crab legs tasted like they were frozen for a long time, the lobster was Tuff. Shrimp was good in garlic butter. I had a steak. With mushrooms. Do your self a favor ask what the price for any specials . DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE PRICE. SeaFood Special $175.66 Who the hell charges this for a pound of crab legs and a lobster tail? Never again! Buyer beware!“

“I really wanted to love this place because I truly appreciate supporting a family owned business, and the atmosphere had that welcoming, hometown feel. The service was friendly, and you can tell this restaurant means a lot to the people who run it. Unfortunately, the food did not match the experience. Parts of the meal were overcooked and burnt (steak and pork chops), while other items (like the pancakes) were a tad undercooked. It seemed more like an issue with kitchen execution than the quality of ingredients.

I would absolutely come back if the cooking consistency improved, because this business has great potential and the kind of charm you want to support. Hoping they can make some adjustments in the kitchen this could easily be a local favorite with the right chef.“

“Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“My husband and were at the ER across the street with my father after a car accident for hours. We realized we hadn’t eaten the whole day and were “starving”. We had a short amount of time to grab food, I realize picking a sushi restaurant isn’t the staffs problem that I am in a rush, but I let the server know that we were in a bit of a “time crunch” and would like to order our appetizers and entrees right away. Our server was extremely understanding and accommodating. The food came out so fast and was just as amazing as usual. Our server was clearly making a great effort to get us out quickly per our request. We left almost in shock of what a great experience and food we just had after a terrible day. “We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“
