I drive past three of the Jersey Mike's to come to them they're the best very clean store

The sandwich was delicious and made fresh and cooked to order. Also, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. This store is honestly better than subway and cheaper as well (well at least for my budget).I definitely will be returning here real soon! 10/10

Been wanting to try them out, I finally made it. It was pretty good nice and fresh. The best part is that they cut the meat and cheese fresh to order. The day I went I think they may have been having a quality inspection and he asked the young lady how much the meat and cheese should weigh, she was nervous because she forgot to put it on the scale but when he had her do it. She hit the nail on the head 😂 would definitely visit again the sandwich was good.

My husband ordered me a BLT sandwich with mayo,got it home no mayo,bacon was raw. Ridiculous. Plus they made it too fast and it was sloppy. Never coming here again. Do better,stop having young kids work and not trained. We would rather drive to tinley park

I love Jersey Mike's subs, but that location on Vollmer road never seems to get the order right. I ordered a turkey w/provolone on wheat, no oil, no vinegar, add honey mustard and banana peppers. What I got was a turkey with oil and vinegar- which I specifically said I didn't want; and mayo, which I didn't ask for. No honey mustard was to be found. There was barely lettuce on the sandwich and no tomato, even though I requested it. Instead of tomato I got something that looked like diced red pepper. And if that wasn't bad enough, the bread was STALE!

My husband had a doctor appt prior to his ordering. The staff was so kind and empathetic to him. Above and beyond your typical good service. He left with a little spring to his step after a nervous day. Thank you so much. And the sandwich was excellent as usual. Bravo!

My new goto for hot subs! Ingredients are fresh and the bread is too. They don't skimp on the toppings like Subway and unlike Subway, they honor their discounts and coupons without use of a poorly designed app.

01/06/2025: I just left about 20 minutes ago. I ordered a #8 Club for my mom without issue. I was asked if I wanted her sandwich dressed Mike’s way and I gave instructions on how to dress it. I also ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak for myself and was not asked if I wanted it dressed. After the chicken, peppers, and cheese left the grill they were haphazardly thrown onto a bun, wrapped, and tossed in a bag. I was sitting at a table waiting, scrolling on my phone so I wasn’t aware of what was going on until the worker called for me (the girl from the grill, completely different girl who dressed the first sandwich). I looked confused and asked if the sandwich had been dressed? While standing at the register having not yet left the store, I unwrapped the sandwich and pointed to it not being dressed. The girl from the grill said I had to tell them beforehand. Why would I have to tell you I wanted my sandwich dressed when I’m always asked if I wanted it dressed, and if I I want it Mike’s way? Just like the first sandwich. Nobody asked about the second sandwich. Good customer service would have been correcting the issue in real-time by dressing the sandwich and rewrapping it. Instead, I was offered the items on the side, which I declined —because if I wanted to make my own sandwich I would have gone to Meijer behind the Jersey Mike’s and bought the stuff to make my own sandwich at home. It’s late, I just got off work, I’m starving, and now I have to eat a dry, flat, overcooked, sandwich. No mayo, no pepper relish, no lettuce, nothing! And then she had the nerve to huff at me as I was leaving because she saw me grabbing the manager’s business cards from the counter.

Update: 01/07/2025 I called the store this morning and spoke to Ashton/Catherine today and she was very empathtic and helpful. She tried to rectify the situation. I appreciate her.

Simple and delicious!

My husband and I stopped in here for a quick bite and dined in. The entire crew worked the whole time we were there… taking orders , preparing, checking out, cleaning - rotating to keep things moving . They really kept up with the work area even during the rush . Everyone was pleasant!!!

10 out of the 10 will eat again!!!
