When the store is fully stocked, the food is good. The wait can be long at times, but most recently they have been running out of bread with the last 2 hours of the store closing. Better off going to another location and don’t waste your gas.

I live in this neighborhood and have been going to this Jersey Mike’s whenever I crave a sandwich. On 12/5/2025, I visited the store and ordered a regular turkey and provolone (Mike’s Way), asking them to add mayo and bacon. The sandwich and drink were prepared, and the total came to a little over $15 including tip, which I paid.
While they were wrapping the sandwich, I went to get a drink and noticed the fountain machine was pouring more than usual. As I turned back to pick up my sandwich, a woman, who I later learned was the manager, spoke to me in a very rude tone, saying: “We need you to come pay for the bacon.”
I was taken aback by her tone. My immediate thought was: why speak to me this way when it was the cashier who rang up the order? I genuinely did not know that bacon was not included in the price. Instead of treating me as if I had intentionally avoided paying, she could have explained the situation more professionally. I paid for the bacon and left, feeling very upset.
She then told me I didn’t need to come back. I responded that I would continue to come back because I support businesses in my neighborhood, where I’ve lived for the past 21 years.
Later, I called the store to speak with the manager. She confirmed she was the one I had dealt with earlier. I told her that her behavior was unprofessional and that I hadn’t realized the bacon was not added to my bill. I suggested she handle such situations more professionally in the future. She then hung up on me, which I found extremely unprofessional.

Private equity has made its first cut. My sandwich was roughly 1/2 to 1/4 the size of what it previously would have been a year ago. My bread was noticeably smaller than a typical burger bun. I have provided current size picture, and a picture of a sandwich from 2023

The tuna sandwich was good. When I entered the store no greeting. I noticed the workers are selective on who they acknowledge. I was highly dissatisfied with my service. The sandwich makers were looking very defeated, annoyed, and unenthusiastic. They were having side conversations all over the food. The worse part food preparation; use the same knife, food board and gloves. I witnessed one wipe the food board with her gloves after making sandwiches and went on to make more. Unsanitary and unacceptable. I really wish someone would make sure tuna and veggie sandwiches were made separately.

Called them telling them they gave me the wrong bread for my sandwich that was delivered and said they called me which they never did call me and all I got told was we will call you next time and hung up on me! Worst service ever!!!

Pricey, but food is good and fresh. Everything else is high too.

This place is going to put Subway out of business. Pretty darn good!

This restaurant location is very unprofessional towards people who apply for a job. The manager called my friend “useless” when he stated that he had no working experience. That is extremely unprofessional and rude. 👎👎

I drive past three of the Jersey Mike's to come to them they're the best very clean store

The sandwich was delicious and made fresh and cooked to order. Also, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. This store is honestly better than subway and cheaper as well (well at least for my budget).I definitely will be returning here real soon! 10/10

Been wanting to try them out, I finally made it. It was pretty good nice and fresh. The best part is that they cut the meat and cheese fresh to order. The day I went I think they may have been having a quality inspection and he asked the young lady how much the meat and cheese should weigh, she was nervous because she forgot to put it on the scale but when he had her do it. She hit the nail on the head 😂 would definitely visit again the sandwich was good.

My husband ordered me a BLT sandwich with mayo,got it home no mayo,bacon was raw. Ridiculous. Plus they made it too fast and it was sloppy. Never coming here again. Do better,stop having young kids work and not trained. We would rather drive to tinley park
