This was my first time going to this Starbucks and I have nothing but good things about this Starbucks! The staff were very friendly and attentive to their customers. I also noticed how the place was clean and inviting to the public. My favorite drink is the strawberry açaí lemonade and oh my gosh honestly the best drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks location! It was very sweet and fruity which made me very happy and wanting more. Whoever made it should get a raise because they made it with passion and love. Overall 10/10 experience/drink highly recommend!

went to pick up my mobile order and at the window there’s clearly an active bee hive. had to roll my window back up because there were 5/6 bees swarming around trying to flying in my car. when joana comes to bring my drink i told her to be careful and they might want to get ahold of someone bc there’s bees everywhere. she walked away from me in the middle of talking saying “yeah the bees come here to starbucks.” girl what? what customer wants to go through a drive through with bees swarming in their window when they’re trying to get their order? guess your bee hive can keep you guys in business then bc that’s crazy lmao.

This is a fairly busy, yet reliable and quick Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The environment is fairly quiet and the facility is always clean. The manager at this location is also kind and personable. I would highly recommend this location to those on the border of Flossmoor, Olympia Fields, and Country Club Hills.

i usually go to this starbucks with no issue but today was not so pleasant. i ordered a tall mango DRAGONFRUIT refresher with no inclusions online, i come to pick it up and it’s just mango juice and lemonade. i then asked an employee was this my mango dragonfruit refresher and she rudely says it’s mango with no inclusions which is not what i asked for . before i could proceed any further she walked away like she didn’t hear me talking to her. so rude and unprofessional
This morning when I picked up my matcha there was a note on my cup that said “you matter” having a not so good morning this made my day so much better. Although it seems like something so little it makes such a difference in a persons day! Thank you so much to whomever sent me the reminder. The service is always fast as well!

Received a matcha latte that tastes mostly of milk which is apparent from how light green it is. And 80% of the cup filled with ice after specifically asking for light ice.
