This is "THE WORST" Starbucks ever. The wait time is always at least 15 minutes or longer. I don't frequent this location much because of that, but what I will tell you is every time I try to give them another chance, they prove to me nothing has changed. I am absolutely done with this location!

It's the local Starbucks. I know they're a chain. You go there for a strong cup of coffee, or your favorite over-the-top drink, and the neighborhood camaraderie. It's familiar, fast and comfortable. The food is adequate for quick and on the go. It's not a breakfast joint, it is about the Java, (not sure about those kool aid looking drinks.) Need I say more? So just give me a super hot Latte with 2 shots of vanilla, or my Dirty Chai with my warmed Croissant and leave me alone. p.s. You don't need pictures, that cup is a national treasure and you know what's inside.

This is our first time here and we was surprised by the atmosphere, especially because there was a view of the pool. the baristas make very delicious Frappuccinos and Americanos. Thank you so much guys. God bless you

Just left at 5:30 and ordered at 5:24 pm on Friday 29th 2024.Inside Cashier had an indirect attitude and tossed my bakery item down after confirming ingredients in my drink.I politely clarified about the brown sugar espresso having cinnamon in it after tasting.It was meet with abrasive attitude from the cashier about how about not asking for it next time.I was unaware about the uses and wasn’t even asking for a remake or refund. Very toxic behavior here.I spent 12 dollars on a disgusting watered down drink that tasted only of cinnamon all.Hopefully life lessons don’t have to teach them next how to show kindness. (:Good luck out there kid.
I literally come here every other day and today shows me that everyone doesn’t need to work customer service. I asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies warmed up and a strawberry refresher with no ice. Once we got to the window the young African American girl didn’t greet us but gave us a total. I told her the total was wrong due to what I ordered. She said one sec closed the window and gave the correct total and then proceeded to give me 2 cookies and a strawberries refresher with ice. I clearly said no ice and the cookies wasn’t in a Starbucks bag just the cookie bags with no napkins or anything. I’m really disappointed in the quality or work ethics and customer service. Please train your employees to do better and GREET EVERYONE WITH RESPECT.
