This is a fairly busy, yet reliable and quick Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The environment is fairly quiet and the facility is always clean. The manager at this location is also kind and personable. I would highly recommend this location to those on the border of Flossmoor, Olympia Fields, and Country Club Hills.

This morning when I picked up my matcha there was a note on my cup that said “you matter” having a not so good morning this made my day so much better. Although it seems like something so little it makes such a difference in a persons day! Thank you so much to whomever sent me the reminder. The service is always fast as well!

It's the local Starbucks. I know they're a chain. You go there for a strong cup of coffee, or your favorite over-the-top drink, and the neighborhood camaraderie. It's familiar, fast and comfortable. The food is adequate for quick and on the go. It's not a breakfast joint, it is about the Java, (not sure about those kool aid looking drinks.) Need I say more? So just give me a super hot Latte with 2 shots of vanilla, or my Dirty Chai with my warmed Croissant...
