Ordered 2 large hot chocolates and they only filled the cups about 3/4 of the way. If I wanted a medium I would’ve paid for that. Nice way to cut cost by ripping off customers…

Just stood at the counter for 15 minutes. The two workers didnt even acknowledge us as they walked by several times. They wouldnt even make eye contact with us. Extremely disappointed in that service

Shoes stuck to the floor with every step, 2 issues with 1 order. Rude staff was talking about a customer in Spanish. I understood, don't know if they did. It was a convenient location but would not recommend. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

This location was a little busy. I've been here before and it's not usually that busy. It was the 4th of July. With that being said my order was correct and my food was hot. I would've given 5 stars if I was greeted upon approaching the counter, and if there was a sign showing which side was for ordering/pick up.
