Bad service stale bread
I had ordered just a shot of espresso in an cup of ice with some milk, based on the app and what I have been ordering it should came out to around $2.19. So when I ordered via drive thru I was charged a triple shot of espresso totalling around $3.56 I thought it was a little weird. When I drove up, they asked was if I had ordered the triple shot of espresso which I corrected and said it was only a single shot of espresso. Still being charged that amount I had asked for my receipt which they mentioned would be given to me when I drove to the side and waited for my coffee. Never received my receipt so I guess I can't prove to them what I wanted versus what they charged me. I thought going to Dunkin donuts in the neighborhood would've been more efficient and priced correctly but I'll just take the extra mile and go with Starbucks.
Paid for a cold brew with a shot of espresso. Got a 3/4 full cup of watered down iced coffee with no shot. Do better.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was barely enough to spread soooo thin on the bagel. What the heck.
What's the point. Can't even taste the cream cheese. What a sucky bagel.
Ordered 2 large hot chocolates and they only filled the cups about 3/4 of the way. If I wanted a medium I would’ve paid for that. Nice way to cut cost by ripping off customers…
Everyone is always nice when I come in I come here every weekend for I go to work i always get a strawberry kiwi refresher with lemonade and a iced coffee and it's always good the people are always sweet

Just stood at the counter for 15 minutes. The two workers didnt even acknowledge us as they walked by several times. They wouldnt even make eye contact with us. Extremely disappointed in that service

Charging a customer for croissant 1.89 $ which he didn’t get and didn’t ordered in the first place . He only asked for a small coffee therfore that’s fraud .

Shoes stuck to the floor with every step, 2 issues with 1 order. Rude staff was talking about a customer in Spanish. I understood, don't know if they did. It was a convenient location but would not recommend. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

Michelle was very unpleasant & very unprofessional, I was requesting a manager for assistance (BECAUSE A ANT WAS IN MY DRINK) BUT she was on break eating... I'll be sure to spread this everywhere I go.
