Haven't had Mimos in at least 20 years and was in the area and decided to pick up a large pizza to see if it was still as good as I remembered. Unfortunately it was mediocre and disappointing. The crust, cheese and pepperoni were all top tier but the sauce was basically non existent. It was like eating cardboard. Not the taste but in consistency. It was so dry and you need a gallon of water just to get it down. I understand things are expensive in 2025 and running a restaurant...
Ordered 14" taco pizza yesterday, and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had, the pizza was LOADED up with toppings. It felt like it weighted 5 lbs. The lady I spoke to when I called it was super helpful, and answered my questions about the menu and was very patient. All around a fantastic experience. Can't wait to come in with my family to try more of the delicious food here!
Visiting for my first time I was pleasantly surprised by the savory sauce soaking Laura's homemade Lasagna. The Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses were of a fabulous blend. And for those who don't care for Ricotta cheese you're missing something. This is the way Lasagna should be crafted. Thank you to the entire staff. I will certainly be coming back.
