Antioch Pizza Shop - FOX LAKE, IL

The pizza was great! My grandmother wished there was an antioch by her after trying it when in town. Man at the counter was helpful and kind 👍

We had to wait over 10 minutes for our food in the drive thru.

Our pan pizza was an inedible (that means we couldn’t eat it) soup that was under baked and not ready to serve.

The cheesy garlic bread was not well made either.

Did I mention the absolutely ridiculous long wait for our drive thru?

Just a really horrible experience for this location.

You’re better off going to another place

Literally three ppl working on on milkshake. And a blonde girl just being loud and saying really inappropriate things. 5 people standing in line and no one helping.
Update::: I left. It does not take 3 people to make a milkshake. Especially while you have a line.

Price for the 2 slices and drink went up to 9 dollars?,?! Slices are smaller then ever and they made the drink smaller too. Won't be coming back.

What is happening to Fox Lake ..... Negative rating look at all your reviews lately...chewy beef salty really salted cold french fries wet wet bags food etc. Happen all the time lately really getting bad...

For five different occasions I either had chewy food or this time I was missing my French fries. It feels ridiculous that I have to actually call and complain because I didn't get a simple thing like french fries and cheese. Girl on phone could be nicer. Seemed lije I was bothering her. At the end I said thank you very much and she just hung up. Said 30 min, I got there in 30 and pizza was barely warm when we got home. about a 5 min trip. That place isn't as good anymore and the prices are high for cold food and service

Ok so I come here pretty often but I guess it’s been a little bit, and they raised the prices again on the 2 slices of pizza and a drink and it’s $8 per person so we spent $16 and I get it I guess with the economy and everything but the food was SO bad. I usually love this place but omg our pizza was cold and like cardboard almost. Also the people working Saturday afternoon were awful, they were like nowhere to be found and the girl just like threw our pizza at us. It wasn’t even busy, there were 2 guys and no one was cleaning the place so nowhere to sit? Like this place has really gone downhill

Had someone take my order. They weren’t friendly and made me uncomfortable. Then waited over 30 min for an order. So I asked what was the wait and they went and checked. Lo and behold it was ready just sitting there. They messed up the fact that it was a to go order. I get it home and it’s also the wrong sandwich. After I specified I wanted a spicy because they messed up the sandwich last time. This location is nothing like the Antioch one. One bad experience is understandable. Two orders in a row is upsetting.

The pan pizza was horrible today.1 piece had way to much sauce,and the other pan was completely dry no sauce at all. Since the new owners took over it hasn't been that good.
I live in Fox Lake just a couple miles away,however I will be going to the one on 59 in Antioch their food is much better.

Not even close to as good as Antioch location, but yet they are charging more…. The past few times I went it was 6-7-8-8.50 per 2 slices. So I looked at the original locations pricing since I have been eating Antioch pizza for over 15 years. They are charging 3.50 per slice. Fox lake is charging more and isn’t as good? Sausage is so small compared to Antioch location as well. It’s good if I’m on the run.

We were on a job site and decided to order a medium thin crust pizza to share among three guys. I usually order from the McHenry location because that's where I live.
I've eaten at this location many times in the past. I'm not sure if it's just new management, but certainly was not the typical Antioch pizza that I've eaten many of times before.
By default the thin crust pizza typically comes square cut, this was cut like a standard pizza. Also good luck on finding a packet of Parmesan cheese in the dining room area, it's now set up where you have to ask for parmesan cheese.
You can definitely tell this is a franchise store, and I can see where they're starting to get farther away from the standard that we've come to expect.

I’ve gone to this location so many times and the young ladies are super nice and always take our order with a smile
