Cross contamination was insane. Watched a cook grab a raw chicken breast bare handed then put same hand into cheese been to top burritos. Raw meat bins being put on the same station they put tortillas that they’re preparing. 0 hand washing. Asked for no lettuce in my burrito but was given lettuce. Burrito was poorly put together and very bland. Not the worst I had but for sure will never be back.
This is still my favorite Mexican restaurant. But I feel like it has been going downhill slowly. Hopefully its get back to what it has been.

To start off very slow service and it was not busy only two tables when i arrived. Salsas are blend taste like water i wouldnt call it salsa or hot sauce. Food was blend no taste. Order was not how i asked but whatever i ate it because i had already ordered and paying for it and wasnt waiting longer to be remade. Horchata was not authentic tons of sprinkled cinnamon that is not how horchata should be i kept coughing it. I didnt get my chips and salsa until after 20 mins. My daughters steak tacos were edible according to my daughter but no seasoning or taste. Rice was blend beans were blend. Chips werent salted just plain. Gave this place a second chance but still no change. Two strikes your out. Sorry

Everything was just wonderful we had to get 2 orders of chips cause of how good it was. And the food came out in 15 minutes and it was wonderful would recommend

Carlos's is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area, and we have quite a few. The food and value are both outstanding. The complimentary chips and salsa for dine in is a nice touch, and the staff is beyond great. The restaurant is always clean.
The food is great fresh tasting with nice portions, th customer service has been on point every time I have been there, if anything I wish they would add some more to then menu like tripas , chicharonnes, ect..
