What can I say it's a bunch of kids serving food, don't expect too much when it comes to food it's slapped together, probably stick with the ice cream, funny thing is at Fox lake no one I have ever seen in here over the age of 20 working here or managing it,every other Culver's I've been into there's been a management or somebody in charge or manages Culver's that's older in charge, but not in Fox lake it's like a free-for-all bunch of kids most of them under 20 year olds

Literally ordered from here on DoorDash got only our drinks not our food called driver said Culvers didn’t give them the food. We call Culvers they say it’s here and it’s not our problem and started getting rude on the phone. Next time do your job and put the whole order together not everyone can go any drive to get food. If you work customer service too grow up and act like it

Called and asked for a manager because I asked for a large fry a LITTLE crispy and drove 30 minutes home to eat a few ROCK HARD fries. Couldn’t even eat the rest. Upgraded and paid extra to drive home with something inedible. What the hell kind of cook sends ROCK HARD FRIES home with someone? My son grabbed one out of my bag before I knew and could warn him AND HIS TEETH WERE BLEEDING. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS and such a disgusting standard for a cook. I asked for a manager and I think the lady that answered the phone said her name was Michelle??? She scoffed at me when I told her I came home with rock hard fries and asked “well what do you want me to do, send you a coupon for free fries?” Like no, I want you to sound like you care. I want you to not answer the phone sounding like you’re so annoyed that I called. How many other customers went home with rock hard fries?? Maybe they didn’t call. Maybe they just won’t come back to your location. Especially since you’re not going to say anything to the chef to correct him, and just let him keep making solid fries. What a joke. If she is a manager she needs to be demoted immediately. That’s not how you speak to a customer. You’re supposed to care, not scoff and sit there quiet on the phone distracted.. If she’s not really a manager, keep her away from phones. Absolutely ruined my appetite and I bought a lot of food tonight. Hope the raccoons enjoy it. Total waste of $25. So much for treating myself after an already emotionally and physically ovwrwhelming day. Get it together Fox Lake Culver’s. Beyond disappointed. 11-21-2025 at 7:30 pm. Oh, and shout out to the drive thru girl who forgot to put raspberries on top of my custard and when I asked if she could she got upset and stormed off… very professional and friendly. Needless to say, I won’t miss this place after today. Smh

Usually come here after work at all of a sudden they are closed early? Can’t believe people are this lazy they close earlier than the actual time. Drive through is supposed to be open till 11:00 and came at 10:40….

Every time I've come to this location the staff has been SO friendly. Food is cooked perfectly every time and if there's ever an issue it is resolved almost immediately. I had the most lovely interaction with Briana this visit; she was so sweet and vibrant even with having to bring my food out to my car in the unexpected cold for the evening! If you see this review girl, lol tell your sister Sam I say hi.

I stopped in on the way home from lake Geneva 10/5/25 at 5:00p and was really hankering for a turtle sundae and cheeseburger. I ordered the single deluxe and as is becoming more typical, waited for longer than I thought was necessary and finally my order came to my car. Since the sundae was half melted, I had to scarf that down so firstly, get your order of preparation under control! I stopped at Home Depot to pick up a few things and figured I’d eat my burger. I’d have to say that it was hands-down the absolute worst burger that I have ever had in my entire life. The bottom of the Patty was cold. I mean, cold as if it was coming out of a refrigerator. The cheese was not melted, the patty looks like it’s something that I’ve been sitting somewhere waiting to be put on a 3rd string burger for I don’t know how long. I usually look forward to going to Culver’s, and consider it a simple pleasure of indulgence,but I do not know what is going on with this particular store. Something is off and I don’t think I will ever order another burger from this place again. I’ve heard people criticize Culvers, and I’ve never known why and have often defended it. Maybe this is why. Just wanted to give an update. Culver’s is serious about pleasing the customer. I was contacted asked about my experience and they made it right. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m still a fan!

I am the guy who always brags to others about the very high level of customer service and culture that Culver’s thrives under, however…. This location is the first location I have ever felt anything other than stellar customer service. Hands down the worst location for Culver’s customer service I have ever experienced at this chain. Do not allow this Fox Lake location ruin your impeccable reputation. There needs to be a management change made ASAP. Really disappointed that I am even writing such a review for a chain I have adamantly spoken of as the standard for service in the fast food industry.

At Ease

Came here the other day to get food with my girlfriend, Food was good as always but I noticed two things. The food of course has gotten more expensive as the economy is very poor at the moment but at the same time the actual portions sold for what you get has shrunk as well, I'm sure it's not the stores problem but the entire chain's problem as a whole. Overall good food but wish either the prices came down or the portions increased. Also it took 15~ minutes to get my 1 meal for whatever reason, people who came afterwards got their food before I did, Pretty odd.

Their orders come out wrong . For example I ordered pretzel bites I didn't get cheese with it so I came back ... so the manager wanted the OLD food back to get my order corrected....I find that to be very petty.
