Every time I’m here these people miss something on my order. I even had the girl repeat it back to me tonight and they still missed something. Then the guy who brings it out says “well it’s not on the order”. Come on guys, it’s not that difficult.

I visited this Culver’s today and was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. There are thick layers of dust and cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures, which clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The condiment station is greasy and dirty, with visible grime on the surfaces. It gives the impression that the restaurant hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time, raising concerns about overall hygiene — especially in the kitchen. I expected better from Culver’s, but this location urgently needs attention from management to meet basic cleanliness and health standards

I have eaten with my family at this location several times and each time they failed to include all toppings on our burgers. We asked for everything each time. This last time I emphasize, we wanted everything on our burgers. And again, half the toppings weren’t added to ALL our burgers! Another customer went up to the cashier and complained, you are clearly doing this purposefully to all customers Ridiculous! Get it together. I know we will reconsider eating at YOUR location going forward.

Best place around for ice cream. It's very rich. Obviously, it's not good for you, but it's a once in a while treat, so......... Is that a good enough excuse? 😂😂

The staff was so sweet and they even gifted my toddlers a pint of ice cream on the house! Their kindness warmed my heart! 🩷
As far as dining in a fast food restaurant... Culver's is always top tier as far as cleanliness and helpful and friendly staff.

This is definitely the best Culver's location by far! The food is absolutely cooked to perfection, everyone that works there is extremely friendly and genuine. It's very clean and comfortable dining atmosphere. I wish there was more I could do other than this review to get this everyone that works there recognized, such a good crew of people!

2 years ago it was 5 stars. Not anymore. Every time I go there now, my order is wrong. Four orders in a row of missing fries and wrong orders; ask for only ketchup, get everything on it., etc. We used to go here because they never messed up an order. Now it's like all the other fast food places.
