Dilly bars are smaller and the chocolate dip tastes different. The girls work hard but the service a little slow when only one cashier.

The children here need an adult on staff. I just watched three orders get messed up back to back, including my own. No one is communicating you’re gonna end up with a lot of angry customers. Seriously, staff one person over 20.

Fox Lake DQ is the best! I refuse to go to mchenry and rather drive to fox lake so much better! They have Online ordering! The staff, the quality of blizzards and better price!

I love their outdoor seating area! The staff is efficient. Lynette, the manager, she is awesome. She always helps me pick the perfect blizzard to indulge in. I go here often it is our local ice cream spot.

New owners, poorly trained staff, nice rebuild, ugly wire fensed eating area, compared to previous owner, this operator is going nowhere. Been here 3 times this month, getting worse with quality. Sorry for bad review, I want it to succeed

We ordered online for the free dilly bar and when we finally picked up our order we got no free dilly?. Even though the signs all led to online ordering gets you the free dilly bar, but apparently thats not the case dairy queen is litterly scamming people and other dq locations are doing this too?.
