Refused to let me sit inside with my medical service dog. This is in direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities act.
While in town for a funeral we stopped to have dinner with the family. Later that evening we realize a wallet had been lost. In addition to being 40 minutes away that night we live 5 hours away and this was a major inconvenience. The next morning on the way to the funeral home I made contact with the restaurant and asked that they check around for the wallet. After several IMMEDIATELY RETURNED messages, they found it! Absolutely absismal service. $17 for a grilled cheese.... Some food came raw. Owner is very rude. I had to go find someone to cook our food. The owner ripped the plate out of my hands and never said a word. Just left me standing there.
I had to go find him again to ask if someone was going to bring it to the table or if I should wait. He said "go sit down".
We finished our lunch 35 minutes ago and are STILL waiting for the check we asked for, twice.
