I will never return to this location until the young man that works there is fired or quits. He has 0 customer service skills.

Ordered today here, like I do frequently do this town has very little to choose from. Really awkward visit today. The person taking my order first was rushing me. God forbid I take a few minute snd mind you it’s 12:44pm-it’s not like there’s a rush. My daughter is repeating her order to me. Wants a mocha coffee-cool. The person ordering says do you want cream and sugar. I said no, then my daughter calls back that she does want cream and sugar. I tell the person and the window I do want to add cream and sugar sorry but can add it. Then this punk pokes his head out saying next time when he asks if I want cream and sugar to say yes and tell him. Ok captain obvious, obviously I changed my request. I’m so sorry you have been inconvenienced. Then I ask who his name is to the person at the window and I get the old I don’t his name I’m new, even if that was true, get your manager. Manager comes after I requested and says she will talk to them. Sure-based off the 2 employees I encountered, I find that doubtful and likely normal behavior for this location. Listen we all don’t love our jobs but don’t try to school your customers and pull the “next time line”.

I always go through the drive thru and food and coffee is perfect. My issue is the customer service. Two young men I’ve encountered with horrible customer service skills. There was no good morning or hello. Just grabs the debit card. Seems rushed, short, and rude. Also, I noticed no HAIR NET covering anyone’s hair. What about being sanitary for health purposes?

Came thru the drive thru. Asked about decaf coffee and they said they were out and not willing to make another pot. Inquired about reg coffee and just asked what time it was made. I got a response of it was made when it was made. I again asked the time and he said the time it was suppose to be made. Congrats my hubby and I live close and u lost both of our businesses. Hope it was worth treating ur customers like complete garbage. To top it off three of them were talking and laughing thru the microphone. Im appauled this place is still open

The capuchino didnt taste fresh. And the double chocolate doughnut it barely had chocolate on it and the bread was stale

So this location is a good location the individuals who work here are almost always very nice and kind. My only issue is when I end up getting an iced coffee vs a hot coffee. (Only get the iced when they are unable to make hot coffee at this location) it’s almost as if I am ordering a cup of ice with a little creamer and a tiny bit of coffee. And it’s only this location. I am not even able to get the straw into the cup. When I have asked for less ice, the cup isn’t filled all the way and there is still so much ice in it. At the round lake locations the Volo locations the libertyville locations etc when I have gotten iced I haven’t had this issue. And if I were to ask for less ice at those locations I still get a full cup of coffee. We are paying for the coffee correct not a cup of ice. and it’s not only me I am just the one who is writing the post. Like I mentioned before the place is nice and the people are kind we just feel ripped off for getting a $6+ cup of ice.

Not the first time going to this place and had nothing but bad experiences. The girl taking the order through the drive thru was so pushy and they weren't even busy. On previous times went in to get some donuts and there were lots of fruit flies on them and not to mention that they get the orders wrong most of the time and sometimes you'll be missing some food.over all bad place to go. sadly other locations are further when you don't have the time drive to them.

These girls didn’t even know what jelly was. U had to asks them 4 time one told me she didn’t have any( store lead). Took the cashier and the girl cook to find it. And the manager or young lead had an attitude problem before hand as she handed me my food. There a time and a place to gather in a group to talk about customer. Little did they know I knew Spanish. Poor customer service.

Ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app and accidentally forgot to add cold foam to one of the drinks. Totally my fault, ask if they could just charge me for cold foam and add it on top. The lady said her manager said there is no button to charge for only cold foam so she can’t add it. I proceeded to ask, “So there’s no way to just add it on top?” Her response was “No.” Ok that’s fine it was my mistake. I proceeded to go back to the drive thru and order the same drink this time with cold foam. She takes my payment and passes me my drink then tries to pass a second drink. I tell her “Oh no, I just ordered this drink.” and she tells me “No, you ordered 2 drink.” Mind you the second drink was a different size and different type of coffee. So I had to wait for a refund. I can hear her tell the manager, “She ordered 2 drinks but only wants this one now.” So anyways gave a refund cash because she couldn’t refund back to my Apple Pay. Horrible service.
This location has the friendliest employees, they’re always super upbeat in the drive through. Coffee is always made perfectly too.
They need to retrain Ariel. I hope she's not the district manager like she clams to be. She has terrible customer service I witnessed her argue with a customer over a coffee with clearly no cream. She then accused her of brewing coffee at home and replacing it. I come here often and they mess up quite a bit. it's not uncommon for them to mess up. but to argue with a customer about it instead of just replacing it and apologizing for the mess up is crazy.

This is how my transaction went this morning at 7:45 a.m. at the drive-up. There were no other vehicles in line.
D.D. "can I take your order?"
Me: "Good morning, can I have a large french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar please and that will be all."
D.D. "Do you want a regular coffee or iced coffee?"
Me: "Yes I want a regular coffee, not an iced coffee, and that'll be all thank you." Then I proceeded to pull forward and hear the guy saying "do you want a cup of ice?"
As I get to the window I say "good morning" to the girl at the window who proceeded to cut me off in mid-sentence and ask " Do you want a cup of ice with your coffee?" As I stated before, no I don't want any ice or iced coffee. Thank you. Just regular coffee. Thank you. She then turned around in a mockingway shook her head, shrugged her shoulders, as the other five Dunkin Donuts employees that were standing around proceeded to laugh and give me dirty looks. Place is ridiculous.
