Came here yesterday (Friday) around 8pm with my husband and 3 kids. Parking is on the side, there was stairs going up and stairs going to the balcony and stairs going to the patio, no signs where to go so we went through the patio and thought we should go inside so they can sit us down, we went up to the balcony and inside. It was pretty slow so we observed and thought its self order and sit anywhere. It was a young cashier, i asked her if the shrimp was boiled or fried and she said “you eat it raw” (looking at the pictures now they’re not raw) so i just bought an Italian beef, diablo burger (from its name i thought it was going to be spicy which is why we got it but it wasn’t at all ) chicken tenders and a plain cheese burger, all came with fries and spent $60 and $16 + tip for 3 drinks and beer at the bar. We took our food to the patio where there was a tent, First thing we saw was big spiders and no netting under the railing so I had to move the kids so they don’t accidentally fall off their chairs and into the water. It was dark, we didn’t see the ants on our table until we started eating.

Redhead upstairs last night needs a reality check. She tried to give me back someone else’s card, and I kept telling her politely that it wasn’t my card. She got so aggressive with me, she was in denial, accusing me of giving her the card and saying she could run the cameras with an attitude. PLEASE run the cameras with her to prove to her that she was totally wrong and out of line. The card clearly said Rafael(blue card), and I tried telling her that. I even took my(red card) out to show her that she had already returned my card. So lo and behold, I look to my right, two chairs down, and I ask the guy, “Are you Rafael?” and he says yes. This is such a safety concern; she is definitely not a girl's girl.

Should be 0 stars. Kabobs are disgusting, all meat and veggies are cold on the skewer, we threw it out. Food is terrible and over priced. Place has gone downhill. Workers eating around you and blowing vapes. All around awful. Summer boaters beware! So many better places to go to on the lake!

Came here to celebrate my fiances birthday as we stayed down the road at fish lake. We were there earlier so maybe that's why there weren't any servers. Definitely recommend going during happy hour especially if you're hungry! The nachos and the fries are very filling for a great price!

Service is ok. Terribly dirty for a restaurant. No soap or dryers in outside bathrooms. Water around property where you eat is filthy with food debris. Cups, styrofoam, food, beer cans etc.. wouldn’t hurt to simply get a pick up stick and retrieve this mess. Food is good, only plus!! Simply manage this better and would be a great place.

Unless your a local this place will confuse you big time. Showed up at 630pm on a weekday, no signs of where to go to get in or sit. Go inside the main building and ask, they say go sit wherever you want and someone will be with you shortly. Sat outside under the large tent by the marina and waited 45 minutes and not one single person came over. Place was disappointing, could have been way better with better management, signage, and staff.

Wow this place went downhill quick… used to come here for over 7 years but this last visit was disgusting… health department needs to be involved. Total lack of respect and cleanliness is mind boggling. They expect you to be buzzed off their weak drinks when you order from their menu.
Came here with a family and while it is lakefront being able to get here by the boat and enjoy the view is great, quality of food prices and overall experience is plain s#it. If you come here by the boat or car and want to spend ur hard earned money on tasteless microwaved food, this place will do it ! Outdoor area is large and you have multiple waitresses who don’t even know their own menu .. you go upstairs to order food for 3 and wait for over 30 minutes awkwardly standing in the front of the kitchen staff who is working hard. (I hope these guys read this review and find a job where they are appreciated and not overworked and treated like crap by useless cashiers and a “manager”?? Who wanted to have a team meet on saturday evening while there are least 10 people standing there waiting for their order.. he proceeded to stick his finger in the food and talk about how this is good and this wasn’t while customers were standing and waiting on their unseasoned rubbery kabobs and tasteless burgers (yep they are both crap and not worth it) fries and shrimp is the only good thing but ask for sauce , he then notices that we are all waiting after being in the kitchen without gloves and offers some cheap fries on the house 😂 . Sadly, while you wait you get the full scoop of the place and why you would never eat there again. Food trays that used to sit on the table/counter and now stocked up on the dirty floor, Multiple kitchen workers don’t have gloves on while handing food, on the food pick up area there are couple of blond hairs just hanging off the shelf. Random orders/plates are getting called and guess what you don’t even have an itemized receipt of items you just ordered, so everyone is just guessing and grabbing whatever. Upon doing the math I realized a cashier messed up my order order and didn’t remove the loaded fries when I asked her to. Yes they did give me extra plate for awkwardly standing there over 30 minutes but it’s not worth it. Food is bland and non seasoned. It is cooked in a disgusting kitchen . The only positive is the view and kitchen employees, they work hard. Please avoid. There are many places on the chain who will give you better service , this one is just not it.

Why they have waitresses down by the water side bar doing absolutely nothing while patrons have to walk all the way up to the main restaurant to order food, wait for it and bring it back down is beyond my comprehension- so dumb. We won’t be back

Their table service was non-existent. Items listed on the bar menu were missing also. Food overall was good, but only one cook was wearing a hat and gloves. The many others behind the counter were not dressed for food service. Most were on their phones, I wonder why they could not be waiting on tables or at least be learning how.
They are probably busy for the summer boating season, but I am not planning a return visit any time soon.

Just stopped in for drinks, but the atmosphere was so chill. Came in dirty after a mud girl run and people high fived us and treated us kindly although we weren't looking our best. Drinks were poured generously and the rum runner and other drinks the other girls had were all delicious! Live music in the background. Shout out to our bartender who took care of us! Will be going back to try the food if I'm ever in the area. Nice little hidden gem!
