Just ordered from here via door dash. Extremely disappointed. Every crab rangoon had zero filling. Fried rice tastes very burnt. Do better guys.

my wife and I have been ordering from this restaurant for quite some time. 2 days ago we ordered the same thing we ordered all the time, which does not contain any fish just shrimp. Halfway through my wife started to feel ill so she stopped eating. About 10 minutes after that she started violently throwing up and that kept on going for about 14 hours. The next day, she broke out in hives all over her body and her breathing out really bad. Went to the hospital had a bunch of tests done turns out she had food poisoning due to cross-contamination from spoiled fish. She stopped into the Golden Dragon to let them know that they should watch whoever's cleaning the kitchen a little bit more so that no one else would get sick. She got met with a smug little man who kept on repeating don't order the fish next time don't order the fish next time don't order the fish next time. No Remorse no concern no anything... it's a very sad thing that they just don't care whatsoever....

This restaurant uses well water or unfiltered water to make all their dishes that require the use of water. I’ve tried several things from here and I’ve noticed that everything from the rice and the noodle dishes all taste like the water is coming from either an untreated well water or an unpurified water source. If you’re like me and you can tell and you’re picky, I don’t recommend.

New owners i guess. Black pepper 🌶 chicken has changed over the years but always amazing. Last order it was just chicken with some pepper sprinkles on it.

I had a delicious dinner tonight if sesame chicken, egg rolls, and egg drop soup...everything was fantastic the restaurant was clean the staff was friendly and very helpful I highly rate this restaurant I would give it 8 stars if I could

I have been going to golden dragon for 20 years. They’ve changed owners and recipes several times in the years. We have ordered online (on their website) for several years now. The reason we keep coming is the sweet and sour sauce, it’s a comfort food for me. This is the second time they’ve forgotten it. All I wanted is a replacement. I was willing to drive the 30 minutes again to get the replacement as this is a staple to the meal. I was told they cannot do anything about an online order without their manager. They told me 2 days ago (day of order) that the manager was going to call me back. Called again yesterday, was told the same thing. Called again today and was in the area and was told their manager was not in the building and they would call me back again today. I was in the area and just wanted the sauce so that we can finish our $60 worth of food. I had to order it again and was told that they’d call me back. Still have not heard back. This is terrible service, last time this happened they just replaced the sauce. That’s all I wanted. My husband no longer wants to eat here.

Been getting food from here for yrs but now I'm done.
I used door dash. When the food came I was starving.
I ordered shrimp lo mein wiyh no carrots and beef kow no carrots or broccoli.

The lo mein had no cabbage in and was loaded with onion or garlic totally too much and lo mein noodles were over cooked close to mushy. Gross!

The beef kow is supposed to come with bokchoy, baby corn,mushroom,water chestnuts, pea pods, broccoli and carrots.

My beef kow food had a good amount of waterchestnuts,
Some cut up green bell pepper and some pieces of celery which neither comes in beef kow normally.
I was sincerely disappointed. I always spend a lot of money here and can't help but feel mad.
I'm done they lost a good customer for sure.
That's 40.00 down the toilet. Won't even eat leftovers
Oh one more thing.
I asked for extra soy packs I got 3!

I ordered food from this restaurant for over $70 it was really disgusting greasy smelly undercooked I have never eaten anything like this in my life I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Let’s be honest, was this place ever spectacular? No, but you could at least depend on well-cooked food and good portion sizes. Well now both of those are out the window in favor of smaller portions (eggrolls are probably 1/2 to 2/3 the size that they used to be) and lower quality food prep. The sweet and sour chicken was barely cooked, eggrolls were burnt, and the kung pao beef may as well have been called “kung pao raw celery.” The flavor was decent but there was maybe half the beef there used to be and the veggies were not even cooked. Everything here is just much smaller than it used to be, and that wouldn’t be so bad if the quality wasn’t also much worse. Unfortunately the only other options in the area are cookie-cutter places like China City or the ridiculously overpriced, overhyped Plum Garden.
