I've been coming here late at night for years I always have a great experience in drive thru They always get the order right and they're quick taking the order Food is almost always fresh, with very few times of overcooked food, but it's extremely rare I'd rate this Taco bell the best in the area

It took 20 mins to get my order (ordered on the kiosk in the restaurant) and I watched as four other orders were incorrect/complained about, and 5 drive thru orders were fulfilled… by the time I got home (less than 5 mins) my food was cold and one of the tacos was not made correctly. They also didn’t give me the taco sauce or napkins . Never going back here… so annoying and infuriating. 🤬

We ordered chicken nuggets and they were seasoned just right. First time getting them and I have to say they were the best of the usual fast food restaurants. In fact 3 days later we went back for more. The avocado sauce is kick ass as well as the cheese sauce. I highly recommend the nuggets along with the tacos.

Terrible customer service! I ordered two chicken cantina quesadilla meals and ordered by the number meal on the menu and they sent the wrong item. They gave me two Caliente chicken quesadillas which was way too hot and unenjoyable. When I tried to call to resolve the issue, somebody picked up the phone and there was no response and they hung up on me. I called again and no one answered the phone, they just kept hanging up on me. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't care about getting things right or even making an effort to help fix mistakes. I won’t be ordering from here again! Do better Fox Lake!

Ordered the Catina bowl, I NEVER asked for it to it be slathered with Caliente Sauce. it was inedible and thrown in the trash.
Tacos and burrito were very good. The location is not so great being on the corner with the only entrance and exit leading out to 4 lane traffic.

Luis runs a great store. His staff is great. Food is always perfect. I live near another Taco Bell but I only eat here. The longer drive is worth it. I think they’re Fantastico grande!
