Ever since the remodel this McDonald's food has gone so far down hill. Chicken nuggets are always over done double cheeseburgers are dry and nasty. I can't remember the last time I had a good meal from this McDonald's. Frozen burgers taste better. Owner really needs to take steps with food preparation.

This is the worst McDonald's around here every single time I have gone here they have messed up some kind of my order and it's in the morning when I'm trying to take my kids to school so I can't even go back for them to fix it but every single time I have been here they have messed something up it is completely ridiculous

Terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from DoorDash, and it took three dashers to attempt to pick up my food, only for my order to be canceled an hour and a half later. I've had food from this McDonald's, which was subpar at best. I was looking for a quick meal but ended up waiting almost two hours to order from another location since this one cannot operate. As other reviewers mentioned, you’re better off driving further to another location. It seems like the employees at this location do not want to serve food, and if they do, it’s not worth your money or your time.

We waited 14 minutes for four breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns only for two of the breakfast sandwiches to be wrong. The phone number is disconnected so you can't even call to get a credit. This place has been awful since reopening!

The bad manager doesn't know how to work the menu to order food and tells you that you are wrong when the other staff knows what to do kinda sad when the management is supposed to know what to do

You shouldn't have to wait almost 30 min at the drive through window for your food. I got mad and got tired of waiting and went in and two employees were yelling at each other. There was a bunch of people back there and they still can't get it right. My food sucked the burger wasn't fresh and my frys weren't even hot. 12-15. 6:30

Why do they never answer??? I passed by there twice at night and they never took my order and when I stopped at the window they were talking amongst themselves, they don't care about the people who come to buy and if you call the restaurant it says the number doesn't exist...how is that???
