I put an online order for 515pm this evening and we went to pick it up and they said they never got our order, but it saying our order was confirmed and ready for pick up! We wasted a trip to this pizza hut for no reason. My husband went in and showed them its ready and the person said there is nothing they can do and they don't have nothing to do with the online ordering. Be aware don't order your food online with this pizza hut!!

Was gonna place an order for this location on Wednesday 11/19 after my cost cutters appointment but noticed what looked to be like 2 managers getting all handsy with each other and flirting that kind of behavior in a workplace out in the open is not very customer service friendly whoever is in charge of this store needs to handle this because clearly the food isn’t their priority.
They constantly call after u order and say they don’t have stuff and cancel ur order. Horrible customer service they should be shut down

To start this the website malfunctioned and changed my order to carry out after I paid for a tip. Had to call the store witch is the biggest pain in the butt because it takes forever to talk to anyone there by time my order was cancelled and entered again it was entered incorrectly and delivered wrong and these people acted like it wasn’t their problem when I had to call and complain my other was wrong and then charged me again! kid even had the balls to ask if i would tip the driver again. my wings have no sauce and my breadsticks aren’t cut missing 2 pizzas. will never order here again

Are you serious 21 bucks for a medium pizza we had to drive and pick up just to come and find out its the size of a dinner plate, last time im going to pizzahut money's tight and I was looking forward to a good stone pizza, they even had the nerve not to spread the pepperoni right for 21 bucks how did they not feel bad making this

I’m sorry, but I believe first impressions matter. Unfortunately, my initial experience wasn’t great, it felt disorganized. When I walked in, it seemed like the staff wasn’t sure how to check the orders or whether mine was ready, and the kitchen appeared messy. Honestly, it looked like they could use a new manager because everyone seemed completely lost 🤷🏽

Fire this General Manager immediately, Screaming over the phone to costumers just wow! He may be disrespectful to the wrong person some day. Absolutely horrible GM! I was a General manager at a fast causal restaurant for five years I would have been fired on the spot if I treated my staff and costumers the way this man did. My family will be spending our money elsewhere.

Beware of this location. I placed on order on the app and did the the $7 dollar deal. On the app it is advertised as 10 cheesy bread sticks. After getting home and opening everything up i realized i was only given 5 bread sticks. The guy on the phone (very rudely) said they don't offer 10 bread sticks and if I had a problem I could contact corporate. I offered to show him where it is advertised and he interrupted me to tell me its not his problem. (he would not let me finish a sentence) He begin to scream at me at this point saying this has nothing to do with him that is it is a known issue and I need to call corporate. I tried to explain I just wouldn't have ordered if I knew he hung up on me. Once off the phone I tried to call corporate just to find out they do not take calls for customer experiences, only emails. So I called back to the location, just so they were aware of how he handle the situation, and asked to speak to the manager just to be put back on the phone with the same guy, which was claiming to be the general manager. He was extremely rude, continued to yell at me, and said he would no longer provide service to me. I was extremely patience with him but no one should be talk to that way. Luckily I was able to recorded our second conversation and will be sending it to corporate. I see I'm not the only person who had this problem at this location and really think you should look into this guy. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Mistakes happen as we are human at the end of the day. The staff realized they made an error and corrected it without issues. Awesome service and good overall management. Will be back again.

To be honest, I drive past this Pizza Hut all the time and didn't know it was there. We got a coupon and found this was the closest location. Now I want to get Pizza Hut much more often. The people who work here are so nice and really pay attention to every detail to make sure the pizza is perfect. I will definitely be eating more pizza at my house.
