I just had the lovely experience sitting with a family friend for coffee. I got a lavender bloom and it was by far the best coffee I’ve ever had. I love coffee. This is the best coffee in all of Lake County and maybe in all of Illinois. I don’t know what they put in their coffee, but I use to suck at my job, now I stop here before work and I still suck at my job, but I’m happy and caffeinated. They also have donuts imported straight from wherever the hell the best donuts in the world come from. Beautiful, cozy, and well thought of coffee shop. I didn’t get anything extravagant. I just got a cold brew with flavored foam. The place is right off the lake and has beautiful scenery out, in and around the shop.
