these people are so rude. I can’t order dinner for my family without hearing “anything else? Anything else ? Anything else ?” Yea can I finish? Do you want my money or not ? I come here sparingly as it is because I feel so rushed to the point where I can’t even remember what else I need because I feel like they just want me to leave and be gone. Stop it. Seriously. Just stop it.

It gets worse every time I come here. The quality is terrible. It taste like they use plastic cheese. Spend a few extra bucks and get some real food.

The bathroom is disgusting!!! I asked the manager to look at it. So I waited sat down ate played in my tablet waited an hour its still gross!!She never cleaned it Never coming back here again!!!

The manager/staff Working the night of July 30th were extremely disrespectful. One of the employees made a Racist comments when I asked them to speak up l,l. And when I asked for the manager Who was in clear sight, he waved me off And acted completely ignorant to the Situation. Will not be returning.

Train your cashiers to put the receipt in the bag, I was overcharged by over $10 from a simple order that cost less than $15. Total came out to be $27.85. I noticed the two cashiers that worked the register on Sunday may 25 around 8:00pm were laughing and acting very strange around the register when swiping my card. Be honest and transparent with the customer if something is off.

I placed a mobile order at Wendy’s (Store #2576 in Fox Lake, IL) and when my husband went to pick it up, he was told there was no order under our name. The order had already been marked as “picked up” in the app—likely given to someone else by mistake.
My husband showed the receipt and confirmation screen, but the manager, Miguel, refused to remake the order or offer any help. He just told us to “call corporate or the app.” No apology, no accountability.
We eventually got a $30 credit through corporate, but the way this was handled in-store was extremely disappointing. Miguel didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue or treating the situation seriously. Hopefully, this location improves its customer service moving forward.

The only problem I have with the store as the kids are so young that worked there they have no idea what a gold one dollar bill is or one dollar coin is I should say so. They thought it was phony money when I tried to pay with one and they refused to accept it, I actually thought it was kind of funny and I really felt my age

Crispy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh as well as the cheese fries only issue was the fries were to salty but not overly salted!

I do love Wendys and have never had a problem, however the last time I had it on 9/8/24, I ate the chicken ranch wrap which I have had before and it tasted fine, but the next morning I woke up throwing up and sitting on the toilet at the same time ALL DAY. I could not move without getting sick nor fall asleep. It was an absolutely awful experience. I will probably go back but will NOT be getting that wrap again.
