Went to Panera in FRG with my 2 kiddos today, and despite my goofy 4 year old acting up, it was one of the best Panera experiences I’ve ever had. The manager on duty (which I regretfully didn’t catch his name) greeted us right when we walked in and asked my son what he felt like eating. He then made sure the cashier gave us complimentary treats. When our food was ready, he walked the food over to our table so I didn’t have to bring both kids up to the counter.
