Smallest boneless wings I have ever gotten in 10+ years of having Buffalo Wild Wings. The ranch container is bigger than every single wing on this plate. What a disgrace for $13. Will never be back. Lost my business completely. Chicken nuggets at fast food restaurants are bigger. The frozen food section at the grocery store has bigger wings. What a joke.

As soon as you walk in you can immediately smell this restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Never had a bad meal or service but not sure I would return do to cleanliness. I would be afraid to see what the kitchen looks like.

We stopped in after a musical performance. We had an unannounced group of about 30 people teens and adults. Our server, Lily, was amazing - She was so organized and professional. We appreciate the hospitality we received and wanted to share.

I don't go that often but I used to enjoy Bdubs. Not anymore. I would try to go anywhere else other than this place. And I don't mean just this location. Went to the one in New Lenox a couple of months ago. Sat there for 30 minutes... ZERO SERVICE. Even after we asked who our server was. Went to the one in Frankfort last week and I ordered brisket tacos. Sounded delicious. Who the hell knows... there was sooooo much BBQ sauce I couldn't taste anything else. It was oozing out everywhere and running down my hand. And apparently they couldn't be bothered to warm up the meat. There was zero warmth to them. I'm done with this restaurant chain.
It's a great place to watch a game & the service was outstanding.

Ordered carry out for Super Bowl Sunday @3pm received an email that the food would be ready @6pm arrived at restaurant to pick it up and they lost the order I thought no big deal, checked my credit card account and was charged the full amount for the order, called on Monday nothing called Tuesday and finally got a refund after a couple hours of phone tag, very frustrating experience especially when my time and business seemed to be worth nothing to them.
