Absolutely horrible service it took 25 minutes to just get the pops also server never asked if we needed refills chicken sandwich came out like it was cooked in the microwave. Doubt I will be returning anytime soon nobody in here and acting like it was busy. Saw waiter standing and talking when we sat took a seat and it took him 35 minutes to take our order unbelievable

We are leaving the parking lot right now. We sat at a table for 15 mins while the wait staff ignored us. No one even said hello. They probably didn’t want to be the one with an extra table. So rude.

I placed an order online through the app for delivery. The wrong order was delivered. I called and within minutes I was told my order would be remade and the individual I spoke with was ending his shift. He delivered the correct order personally. That's the definition of great customer service.

Smallest boneless wings I have ever gotten in 10+ years of having Buffalo Wild Wings. The ranch container is bigger than every single wing on this plate. What a disgrace for $13. Will never be back. Lost my business completely. Chicken nuggets at fast food restaurants are bigger. The frozen food section at the grocery store has bigger wings. What a joke.

As soon as you walk in you can immediately smell this restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Never had a bad meal or service but not sure I would return do to cleanliness. I would be afraid to see what the kitchen looks like.
