sweetFrog is a popular frozen yogurt shop known for its great customer service and wide variety of flavors and toppings. Customers appreciate the ability to sample flavors before deciding, a rare practice since COVID. The employees are described as friendly and helpful, especially in setting up rewards programs for discounts. The self-serve model allows for quick and easy access to delicious frozen yogurt and an extensive selection of toppings, from candy to cookies.
While many reviews are positive, some mention cleanliness issues in the dining area, with dirty chairs and tables. However, most customers find the atmosphere inviting and kid-friendly, making it a great spot for families. The location is convenient, especially for those nearby, and parking is readily available. The prices can be a point of contention, with some finding them high for the amount of yogurt served. Overall, sweetFrog stands out for its tasty frozen yogurt and friendly staff, although improvements in cleanliness could enhance the experience.
