“Master Gelato has easily become my favorite dessert spot. I've tried almost everything on the menu except the brownie gelato and the kunafa gelato, and everything has been amazing. My absolute favorite is the Oreo Tres Leches cake—it is hands down one of the best desserts I've ever had.
The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They let me sample different flavors, answered all my questions, and were very generous with their recommendations. The customer service alone makes me want to keep coming back.

What really sets Master Gelato apart is the quality and authenticity. “Great little place and definitely has something for everyone. Updated on 7/18/26. Took my wife and granddaughter in for a treat and they had a blast! This little gem has everything for your taste buds! There's a section of candy that was around when we were kids. There's also some great Ice Cream. Everything is priced well and worth every penny. We wanted to also give a shout-out to the staff that were also very polite and helpful. These are exactly the type of employees you want to represent a business.“

The only one that may come a bit close to defeating the mighty Culver's is Shake Shack, but, still, Culver's is king. “I went into the Culver’s in Monee with my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law after a HORRIBLE morning of dealing with a very rude receptionist and a lot of wasted time. We decided to stop for lunch and we were fortunate enough to choose Culver’s. The restaurant itself is very clean. While eating there, we had the great fortune to meet a wonderful employee named Adai. He was very kind, polite and thoughtful. He stopped at our table and asked if everything was okay and even offered to refill our drinks. When he saw us get up to leave with my 88 year old mother in law and her walker, he asked if we needed any help. I told him that he had been a bright spot in an otherwise rotten day.
So, the combination of yummy food and meeting Adai has turned our day around. Thanks to the person who was smart enough to hire Adai. You have a rare gem.“
