“I was visiting from Oklahoma and we happened upon this shop back in May. I had the strawberry lemonade cookies and loved them. When I came back into town, I knew I couldn't leave without buying some to bring back with me to Oklahoma today! I look forward to branching out next visit and I'll recommend this shop to anyone I know that says they are headed to Illinois!“

Very well made and a very creative menu. Whenever i go in it's not crowded, and it should be. Best mexican food in tinley, and nobody has ice cream and so many different other treats to go with the hot menu.“

Not like other locations alot thicker of a cookie. Ends up cooking funny due to the thickness as well. Makes it not as fresh like my normal crumble. Unless they were sitting due to the new everyday flavors. Which its about time crumble. Try the pink icing cookie, love it. Be ready for a sugar rush, possibly too much. I love it but not the best for you.“

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Eiffel Waffle Creamery in Crestwood, and I want to specifically recognize Hala Abushakra for her exceptional service.

From the moment I walked in, Hala demonstrated true professionalism, strong communication skills, and an incredible level of customer care. She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with confidence and grace. Her productivity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire atmosphere of a business. Hala represents this company at the highest level, and I truly believe leadership should be aware of the outstanding performance she delivers. “The girls working were very nice, but stressed it seemed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“
