I filled out the online form at Windy City Ice Cream, requesting a quote. Elena got back to me almost immediately and together we set up a time the next day to come out and surprise our employees. Communication was great the whole day and Aaron showed up with his truck on time. He was both courteous and professional. With traditional ice cream truck music playing, our employees were able to make their selections and the overall reaction from our employees was quite positive. What a fun experience!
