“Went through drive through ordered two caramel cappuccino blasts with just two pumps of caramel Cause usually other baskins put too much and a coffee roll which at other baskins be kind of hard and stale but this location me and my boyfriend cappuccino blasts were perfect just the right amount of thickness and Carmel and the coffee roll was fresh and soft as a former employee of dunkin downtown LLC im really satisfied with this location this is my new location when I'm in the south suburbs. Thank you“

She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with confidence and grace. Her productivity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming.
