“I was going there for a couple years on the first opened when I was a school bus driver. then after I left the school bus company and we moved out to part forest it wasn't close for me anymore. I tried one in Chicago heights. it was not nearly as good as this one's ice cream. it's fantastic friendly people. I loved it. I missed it. I went back today and it was still great. “Workers are great, quality is awesome. I understand peak times are from like 6pm-10pm, but the absolute madness that occurs on 45th during this time is unbearable. Several vehicles waiting for the drive-thru line both eastbound and westbound on 45th. This is a hazard and needs to be addressed!“

“While visiting Chicago we stopped by for lunch after a trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. The cafe is clean and inviting and the menu offers so many great options. The staff is really welcoming, kind, and easy to chat with. The location near the museum and Promontory Point is so convenient. It was a gorgeous day so we took our order to go to eat at the park. Our sandwiches were super fresh and delicious. If I were a local I’d definitely be a regular at Unbeatable! I hope to return if I’m ever back in the neighborhood.“

“Great place to come to get a good dessert and more. I got myself a cone and I told them I wanted it to be big like the John Hancock Building and they did great. I also got myself a polish beef because I saw they had Vienna Beef products. I enjoyed my items that I purchased. “Stopped in for the first time today. 1st the girl working was awesome to tell us all the flavors in the case. Next I ordered the mango...I guess it's sorbet, delicious, absolutely delicious. Chunks of mango, sweet but not too sweet loved it. My grandson said it was the best icecream he's had and he got the red velvet cake ice cream. This will for sure be our regular spot.“

The driver arrived 10 mins early to get in position and started serving immediately after opening the window. The driver was professional and courteous. “The surprise party ice cream was off the charts. I am deaf in my ear hard to hear the girl with the mask on, shield up as well as music playing. Maybe lower the music there some. It could be because I'm 49 that it bothered me. But yea , it was hard to hear.“
