“A childhood memory in Chicago! I brought my husband to experience Gayetys. The charm when we walked in and then the SMELL OF YUMMY CHOCOLATE was a Zen moment!!! We toured the counters then dived into purchases! We had no time for ice cream but we will be back. We did have a piece of chocolate each at home ohhhhh yum. He educated on the history of this location and the sister locations in the state. We learned about Kilwins commitments to manufacturing and making quality treats. I highly recommend“

“I live 5 minutes away and this location never fails at being amazing. They're always quick, friendly, and by far make the best blizzards. A lot of other locations I have been too over the years have given runny blizzards or don't stir the items and half the blizzard is just ice cream. This is my favorite location and I appreciate everything about this location.“

“The girls working were very nice, but stressed it seemed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“

“I went here because a coworker of mine told me about their mushroom swiss burger. The staff were friendly and my order came quickly. Granted, it was the slower part of the day but still great service. I can appreciate that.

After trying the burger, I noticed that I didn't get that bloated or weighed-down feeling. The burger was good, the fries were good and I liked the shake. It took a spoon to really get into it, but that's to be expected when having a thick shake. All around great experience in my book.“

“This La Michaocana location is probably one of the best in the Chicagoland area. They don't skimp on the fruits. Their slushies are not that good tho, they are basically frozen juice that has been crushed/crumbled. They're not drinkable, it's basically shaved ice.“
