“A childhood memory in Chicago! I brought my husband to experience Gayetys. The charm when we walked in and then the SMELL OF YUMMY CHOCOLATE was a Zen moment!!! We toured the counters then dived into purchases! We had no time for ice cream but we will be back. We did have a piece of chocolate each at home ohhhhh yum. I had the taffy apple for dessert it was like no other. This is a must to visit.“

“My overall experience was Amazing and the establishment was very clean. Jade was very pleasant and did everything to fix my situation the best that she could! I came in yesterday and you all were out of a lot of the cookies so I came back today and unfortunately, you all were out of s’mores mini again! So Jade who was also very sweet and welcoming accommodated me by giving me one of the big s’mores cookies! I appreciate her so much for that. With the day I was having she really made my day better. “The girls working were very nice, but stressed it seemed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“Donuts are donuts, especially from Baskin-Robbins. However, what has made this particular B-R my favorite is the friendliness of the staff. I have stopped by at all hours of the day and am always greeted by a friendly face. The restaurant also appears to be exceptionally clean in comparison to other B-R stores I have visited. “Went through drive through ordered two caramel cappuccino blasts with just two pumps of caramel Cause usually other baskins put too much and a coffee roll which at other baskins be kind of hard and stale but this location me and my boyfriend cappuccino blasts were perfect just the right amount of thickness and Carmel and the coffee roll was fresh and soft as a former employee of dunkin downtown LLC im really satisfied with this location this is my new location when I'm in the south suburbs.
