“Never been to something like this and found it on google looking for a dessert type place to go with family. It was pretty expensive and overwhelming with options but we just weren’t familiar with this type of place. We settled with a chocolate shake and a chocolate lava cake and it was freaking delicious. It looks like a hot mess but it was 10/10. The flavors aren’t like a normal brownie or cake batter for the cake, it wasn’t Nutella and was melted chocolates, and I never had gelato before and the vanilla gelato was a like custard like cream cheese type of flavor and texture and it was really good.

The shake was super light and fluffy. Hard to describe but different.

“I had a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, welcoming, and smelled amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me choose from their weekly rotating flavors, which made the visit even more fun.

The cookies themselves were incredible—fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into both the taste and presentation. I especially liked how each cookie is unique, and there’s always something new to try each week.“

“Master Gelato has easily become my favorite dessert spot. I've tried almost everything on the menu except the brownie gelato and the kunafa gelato, and everything has been amazing. My absolute favorite is the Oreo Tres Leches cake—it is hands down one of the best desserts I've ever had.
The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They let me sample different flavors, answered all my questions, and were very generous with their recommendations. The customer service alone makes me want to keep coming back.
The shop itself is spotless, modern, classy, and beautifully decorated. It has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your dessert. What really sets Master Gelato apart is the quality and authenticity. They have unique flavors that are out of this world, the best Arabic ice cream I've ever had, and they import their ingredients from Italy, so everything tastes fresh, authentic, and natural. “I am still 1000% convinced that Culver's is the best fast casual burger place. Hell, even better than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK. Even though BK has gotten WAY better than before. I still haven't had the chance to eat at In N Out yet but so far nothing beats Culver's. The only one that may come a bit close to defeating the mighty Culver's is Shake Shack, but, still, Culver's is king. From the moment I walked in, Hala demonstrated true professionalism, strong communication skills, and an incredible level of customer care. She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with confidence and grace. Her productivity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire atmosphere of a business. Hala represents this company at the highest level, and I truly believe leadership should be aware of the outstanding performance she delivers. “Came in around 530 on a Tuesday for a natural yogurt with mango, banana, pecan and granola for around 10$. It was refreshing and had a vanilla flavor.

The man who took care of me spoke English (he's bilingual), was very kind, and worked to take care of me quickly. The atmosphere warm, brightly colored and enjoyable to be in. The space was clean.

No public bathrooms, pets or bills over 50.

I do believe they charge a convenience fee for using a card, so it is to your benefit to bring cash. I paid with card and believed the prices to be on par with the Chicago land area.“

“I ordered a chocolate oreo ice cream and a vanilla ice cream cone. I was very disappointed in the size of the cone for the price that I was charged and paid. It was more cone then ice cream. Normally I would've gave it back but I didn't. I won't buy it again.“
