Not like other locations alot thicker of a cookie. Ends up cooking funny due to the thickness as well. Makes it not as fresh like my normal crumble. Unless they were sitting due to the new everyday flavors. Which its about time crumble. Try the pink icing cookie, love it. Be ready for a sugar rush, possibly too much. I love it but not the best for you.“

“I was in town on business and wanted to support a local place. Great decision on my part coming here. I ordered the Walking Taco with Doritos. Excellent! I also ordered some of their strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was delicious as well. They have a couple of selfie backgrounds and the menu boards are eye catching and helpful. The music adds to to the vibe. Locals must love this place.“

“I am still 1000% convinced that Culver's is the best fast casual burger place. Hell, even better than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK. Even though BK has gotten WAY better than before. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Eiffel Waffle Creamery in Crestwood, and I want to specifically recognize Hala Abushakra for her exceptional service.

From the moment I walked in, Hala demonstrated true professionalism, strong communication skills, and an incredible level of customer care. She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with confidence and grace. Her productivity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire atmosphere of a business. Hala represents this company at the highest level, and I truly believe leadership should be aware of the outstanding performance she delivers. She deserves recognition and consideration for promotion.

“I went here because a coworker of mine told me about their mushroom swiss burger. The staff were friendly and my order came quickly. Granted, it was the slower part of the day but still great service. I can appreciate that.

After trying the burger, I noticed that I didn't get that bloated or weighed-down feeling. The burger was good, the fries were good and I liked the shake. It took a spoon to really get into it, but that's to be expected when having a thick shake. All around great experience in my book.“

There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“
