“I am still 1000% convinced that Culver's is the best fast casual burger place. Hell, even better than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK. Even though BK has gotten WAY better than before. From the moment I walked in, Hala demonstrated true professionalism, strong communication skills, and an incredible level of customer care. She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with confidence and grace. Her productivity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire atmosphere of a business. Hala represents this company at the highest level, and I truly believe leadership should be aware of the outstanding performance she delivers. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“
