I love the different selections of ice cream - never know what I’m gonna get!
Had a oops order. And the manager Octavia was a amazing and fixed it. She is a great manager definitely was super nice and understanding. Makes me want to go here even more then I already do. Definitely recommend this location
I bought the Dunkin donuts coffee cup for a reason, refills are cheaper. The the woman taking my order said no refills, it's a Dunkin cup, then I wanted the fresh pack ice cream, she says am I sure I do not want one out of the freezer. It does not taste the same! Customer service is not #1 anymore, tips, and let the customer be wrong!
