“This place is amazing! Polite and helpful employees that walk you through all the flavors, clean and fun environment, and of course good-quality food and lots of choices. I have never seen an ice cream place offer so many different topings! On my ice cream I dared to try popping rocks, gummy bears, and sprinkles. It was a revolutionary combination! The employees were so nice, and one of them even helped me test out different ice cream flavors. Not only is the food good, but also the atmosphere. When I walked in, I was greeted by an enthusiastic sound of a bell. Then as I walked through the most beautiful light pink hallway, I saw hundreds of little signs and pictures. My personal favorite is the "Dog People Rule" sign! Inside the store there is comfortable, clean environment. You can bring your whole family if you want to. Although be aware that their busy hour is during 5-8 window, so you might have to wait for your order.“

“The Scoop has so much more than just amazing ice cream. I regularly survive off of red bull refreshers and they make the best Chai lattes I've ever had (try it with oat milk!). The customer service is always second to none. My dogs love The Scoop as much as I do!“

“I do recommend them, HOWEVER, on our recent visit, as I ordered, a worker stood near the order window, proceeded to take out a lip balm, put some on her finger and rub it into her lips. Then took my order receipt and made one of the items, NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. When she gave it to me I asked her if I could tell her something. I told her what I saw and that she didn’t wash her hands. I then told her to wash her hands and make me another. Obviously this company or management did not emphasize hygiene.“

“This bakery is to die for each day. The cookies are made fresh. They are slightly pricey, but they are worth every penny. Before you visit the store, make sure to download the app to check the menu. As the cookie flavors change often. Also, there is a mystery flavor so you have to check the location also. The staff was very friendly.The cookies were very high quality.I would definitely recommend to family and friends.“

“This was a fun place to take the kids. They enjoyed the colorful parlor and their ice cream selections. The portion sizes are large and the creations offer options for kids and adults. I gave 4 stars because the ice cream was too sweet for the adults but the kids said it was Perfect!“

“Just the place for all candy favorites that once upon a time only cost a penny. You can buy by the pound and mix and match. I was thrilled to find a vast assortment of gummy bears and left with a half pound of the grapefruit flavored and a square of butterfinger fudge! Oh My Goodness!!“

“One day I went and it was open hours but the open sign was not on but I thought they just forgot to turn it on so I tried to go in because it was open hours and there was no sign saying it was closed so I tried to go in but the doors were locked, but other than that it has great food and drink.“

“I liked the place, it is very nice and clean, the man and the boy were very friendly.
I bought some yogurts and they tasted very good, but I didn't like that they were a little liquid.
They were not as thick as normal yogurt.
But in general everything is fine.“

“TCBY is a great frozen yogurt restaurant for an amazing summer treat. The frozen yogurt here is quite tasty. You can put as many or as few toppings as you please. The staff here is friendly and helps you get your yogurt. They even have free sample cups to try any yogurt you want. The prices are expensive here for yogurt. This is a good establishment and I would recommend anyone to come here. Yummy!“
“Buying ice cream at Baskin Robbins or any other ice cream places is way better than chasing the ice cream truck for ice cream, and it's an indoor dining with heating and cooling systems installed so you guys won't close for the winter like outdoor dining restaurants such as Dairy Queen in Lockport or Romeoville does. Eggnog ice cream is my favorite thing every time at christmas“

“I love this place I really do I grow drinking this milk when I was a kid when my dad found out it's supposedly this note was the best to give you children he made sure that we had it delivered every week no matter what maybe that's why I'm so big of a man now and I'm not saying biggest some fat butt tall and strong well anyway I hope you all Oculus place a chance I can try it out the service here is very great the people answer all your questions about the flavors in the let you taste everything there no matter what whether you buy or not but one thing I got to say the service here is very good I have forgot and I still forgot and warm writing this I have not picked up my ice cream yet and I called love the place and they wrote my name down and they have it in the office so the next time I go in there they just give me my ice cream and they'll charge me.. thank you very much overwise ice cream dairy.“

They have a lot a favors to choice from. If your having a party or ice cream party you can get the large containers. All my children party this was my stop. Get your ice cream Fixes.“
“I am so glad my friend suggested to check this ice cream, popcorn, and candy shop. After stepping inside the door I turned into a big kid instantly. It was amazing the selection of candy. The staff had great customer service. I was amazed by their patience as I took it all in. The prices were responsible and the store was very clean. The ice cream tasted amazing and once they told me it comes from Shermans in Michigan, I knew that is why it was so good. It felt like a small world when they said where the ice cream comes from. I plan on returning for the holidays as I gather gifts for family and friends. This was definitely worth the 45min drive to check out. Plenty of parking and the buildings look like small town downtown area, I'm sure in the summer the line goes out the door.“

“The staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, and the frozen custard is always delicious. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it's never been too long for me. It is a little expensive when compared to grocery store ice cream, but it's a wonderful treat every once in a while.“
